L’été de Serena et Blair à Paris se termine. Serena a flirté avec de nombreux garçons, mais pas Blair. Nate a continué à “explorer” le petit livre noir de Chuck.
Chuck a disparu.

1

00:00:03,003 --> 00:00:05,661

Il y a 2 ans, au bal costumé,

j'ai essayé de te dire que je t'aimais.

2

00:00:05,786 --> 00:00:06,720

Tu m'aimais ?

3

00:00:06,965 --> 00:00:09,300

J'ai des sentiments,

je veux pas gâcher notre amitié.

4

00:00:09,468 --> 00:00:11,677

On devrait jouer avec le feu

et voir ce qu'il en ressort.

5

00:00:11,845 --> 00:00:13,429

On s'est juste endormis.

6

00:00:13,597 --> 00:00:16,730

- Après une bouteille de vin.

- Et un baiser.

7

00:00:16,855 --> 00:00:18,184

Un baiser n'est pas rien.

8

00:00:18,352 --> 00:00:20,586

Les gens s'embrassent

parce qu'ils ont des sentiments.

9

00:00:21,021 --> 00:00:22,396

Nous sommes magnétiques.

10

00:00:23,074 --> 00:00:25,232

Notre attraction

est plus forte que jamais.

11

00:00:25,400 --> 00:00:27,985

J'attendrai au sommet

de l'Empire State Building.

12

00:00:28,153 --> 00:00:30,071

À 19 h 01, je te ferme

mon coeur à jamais.

13

00:00:30,239 --> 00:00:32,267

Bonjour. J'ai rendez-vous

avec un jeune homme,

14

00:00:32,392 --> 00:00:34,991

probablement avec un noeud papillon

et un bouquet de pivoines.

15

00:00:36,036 --> 00:00:38,871

J'ai fait la chose la plus romantique

qui soit, et ça n'a pas marché.

16

00:00:39,039 --> 00:00:40,285

Je suis désolée.

17

00:00:41,457 --> 00:00:43,785

- Que fais-tu ? Il y a quelqu'un ?

- Non, personne.

18

00:00:44,378 --> 00:00:45,784

Dorota a accouché.

19

00:00:45,909 --> 00:00:47,755

Désolée d'avoir été en retard.

20

00:00:47,923 --> 00:00:50,123

Je ne peux nier

qu'on a un passé compliqué.

21

00:00:50,248 --> 00:00:52,076

Mais l'amour simplifie les choses.

22

00:00:52,201 --> 00:00:54,093

Je voulais que ce soit spécial.

23

00:00:54,263 --> 00:00:55,971

- Qu'est-il arrivé ?

- Demande-lui.

24

00:00:56,096 --> 00:00:58,432

Je suis désolé

pour le mal que je t'ai fait.

25

00:00:59,184 --> 00:01:00,935

Blair, veux-tu...

26

00:01:02,688 --> 00:01:03,479

Dis-lui !

27

00:01:03,689 --> 00:01:04,884

T'as pas fait ça...

28

00:01:05,009 --> 00:01:05,940

Tu l'as fait.

29

00:01:06,108 --> 00:01:08,574

Toi !

Pars et ne reviens jamais.

30

00:01:08,699 --> 00:01:11,038

Je pense que j'ai besoin

d'être seule pour le moment.

31

00:01:11,280 --> 00:01:13,279

- Si tu romps, c'est pour de bon.

- Je t'aime.

32

00:01:13,404 --> 00:01:15,199

Je ne vais pas cesser

de chercher l'amour.

33

00:01:15,367 --> 00:01:17,868

C'est pourquoi je vais à Paris,

et tu viens avec moi.

34

00:01:18,036 --> 00:01:20,079

- Ça va me faire du bien.

- À moi aussi.

35

00:01:20,873 --> 00:01:22,123

Ça va aller, B.

36

00:01:22,291 --> 00:01:23,708

Que fais-tu en ville ?

37

00:01:23,876 --> 00:01:25,209

Félicitations, papa !

38

00:01:25,377 --> 00:01:26,752

C'est ton portrait craché.

39

00:01:26,920 --> 00:01:29,560

Je vais pas passer l'été à attendre

qu'elle se remette en question.

40

00:01:29,685 --> 00:01:32,250

Chuck m'a laissé son carnet d'adresses

en partant à Pragues.

41

00:01:32,375 --> 00:01:33,688

Inutile d'être brutal.

42

00:01:34,114 --> 00:01:35,010

Non, pas ça.

43

00:01:35,178 --> 00:01:36,762

Laissez-moi l'écrin !

47

00:01:53,911 --> 00:01:56,253

Rien ne vaut un été à l'étranger.

48

00:01:56,378 --> 00:01:58,305

Mais quand vous voyagez

loin de chez vous,

49

00:01:58,430 --> 00:02:02,054

c'est toujours agréable

d'emmener un vieil ami du quartier.

50

00:02:07,586 --> 00:02:09,943

Les pavés et le Café de Flore*.

51

00:02:10,464 --> 00:02:14,468

Serena s'est isolée sur la rive gauche

et est devenue la muse du peuple.

52

00:02:16,653 --> 00:02:19,490

Pendant ce temps,

Blair règne sur la rive droite,

53

00:02:19,615 --> 00:02:22,933

dévalisant les magasins

et dévorant les classiques

54

00:02:23,101 --> 00:02:26,947

et des échantillons de plaisirs sucrés

comme une Marie-Antoinette moderne.

55

00:02:28,661 --> 00:02:31,517

Mais il parait que la vie

de Serena est captivante

56

00:02:31,642 --> 00:02:34,186

alors que celle de Blair

est plus assommante.

57

00:02:34,749 --> 00:02:36,911

Elle a fait du shopping

chez Saint Laurent*

58

00:02:37,036 --> 00:02:38,527

et a dîné à Drouant*.

59

00:02:38,652 --> 00:02:42,576

Mais le seul à avoir serré B cet été

est son serre-tête.

60

00:02:44,265 --> 00:02:46,412

Notre serveur mignon

m'a donné son numéro.

61

00:02:47,029 --> 00:02:49,389

Qu'est ce que tu fais ?

On avait dit qu'on irait pas

62

00:02:49,514 --> 00:02:51,762

- sur Gossip Girl de l'été.

- L'été est bientôt fini.

63

00:02:53,034 --> 00:02:54,792

Alors, ça dit quoi sur Chuck ?

64

00:02:54,917 --> 00:02:56,460

Je n'ai pas regardé.

65

00:03:00,201 --> 00:03:03,087

Rien. Il est porté disparu depuis

qu'il a quitté la ville au printemps.

66

00:03:03,266 --> 00:03:04,725

Et sur nous ?

67

00:03:05,346 --> 00:03:09,146

"Oh la la ! Paris brûle,

Serena et Blair l'ont embrasé."

68

00:03:09,314 --> 00:03:11,315

Bien sûr, ta flamme est plus chaude

que la mienne.

69

00:03:11,483 --> 00:03:13,976

On sait tous que le seul qui a approché

mes sous-vêtements cet été

70

00:03:14,101 --> 00:03:15,809

est le tailleur

de chez Pierre Balmain*.

71

00:03:15,934 --> 00:03:17,196

À qui la faute ?

72

00:03:17,364 --> 00:03:19,155

Des garçons

ont aussi flirté avec toi.

73

00:03:19,280 --> 00:03:22,117

C'est juste que j'ai un faible

pour les serveurs.

74

00:03:22,285 --> 00:03:25,054

Et les barmen et les guides de musées,

75

00:03:25,179 --> 00:03:27,498

quiconque sur une Vespa ou un vélo,

76

00:03:28,345 --> 00:03:31,210

ou portant du Zadig & Voltaire*.

77

00:03:33,714 --> 00:03:35,631

Qu'y a-t-il ?

Je croyais que tu t'amusais.

78

00:03:35,953 --> 00:03:38,452

C'est le cas. C'est génial mais...

79

00:03:38,950 --> 00:03:41,301

J'ai passé tout l'été

devant ma toile préférée de Manet

80

00:03:41,426 --> 00:03:42,888

et à lire Colette* dans le parc,

81

00:03:43,202 --> 00:03:46,699

en espérant croiser quelqu'un

qui ferait et ressentirait

82

00:03:46,824 --> 00:03:49,325

les mêmes choses que moi.

83

00:03:49,688 --> 00:03:50,980

C'est très romantique.

84

00:03:51,148 --> 00:03:52,753

Mais hélas, pas efficace.

85

00:03:52,878 --> 00:03:54,694

Malgré mes efforts, je vais rentrer

86

00:03:54,819 --> 00:03:57,334

avec un nuage à l'effigie de Chuck

au dessus de ma tête.

87

00:03:57,696 --> 00:04:00,560

Et je n'ai même pas besoin

de trouver le grand amour.

88

00:04:00,685 --> 00:04:02,533

Je veux juste

un rendez-vous agréable.

89

00:04:03,227 --> 00:04:05,664

Eh bien ça nécessite

plus de Sancerre*.

90

00:04:06,788 --> 00:04:08,914

Je connais un excellent bar à vins

91

00:04:09,082 --> 00:04:10,583

dont le barman est très mignon.

92

00:04:27,020 --> 00:04:28,287

Jenny avait l'air bien.

93

00:04:28,412 --> 00:04:30,493

On pouvait même deviner

la couleur de ses yeux.

94

00:04:30,618 --> 00:04:33,002

C'était une bonne chose

de l'envoyer à Hudson.

95

00:04:33,286 --> 00:04:36,445

- Et tu sais ce qui ne l'était pas ?

- Voir ma mère. On était obligés.

96

00:04:36,570 --> 00:04:38,944

On aurait pu dire que l'Arno*

avait débordé

97

00:04:39,112 --> 00:04:41,996

et on serait restés plus longtemps

avec Eric et Elliot en Italie.

98

00:04:42,121 --> 00:04:43,024

Message n° 1.

99

00:04:43,149 --> 00:04:44,518

Lillian, c'est Eleanor.

100

00:04:44,643 --> 00:04:46,935

Je te rappelle que tu as proposé

ton bel appartement

101

00:04:47,060 --> 00:04:49,871

pour l'organisation de la Fashion Night

demain midi.

102

00:04:50,176 --> 00:04:54,107

Cyrus, tu empêches Ana de respirer !

Vraiment...

103

00:04:54,232 --> 00:04:56,280

N'es-tu pas ravi

qu'on ne soit pas comme eux ?

104

00:04:56,405 --> 00:04:58,339

Tu imagines

devoir tout recommencer ?

105

00:04:58,507 --> 00:05:00,225

Les couches,

les biberons et la bave.

106

00:05:00,350 --> 00:05:01,467

Message suivant.

107

00:05:02,326 --> 00:05:03,585

C'est Bruce Caplan.

108

00:05:03,710 --> 00:05:05,904

Appelle-moi quand tu rentres.

C'est important.

109

00:05:06,709 --> 00:05:09,450

Le gérant de Bass.

Je me demande ce qu'il veut.

110

00:05:09,575 --> 00:05:11,488

Si c'est pour Chuck,

je veux pas savoir.

111

00:05:11,628 --> 00:05:12,728

Fin des messages.

112

00:05:13,406 --> 00:05:14,679

Pas de message de Dan ?

113

00:05:14,804 --> 00:05:17,616

Ne plus discuter avec lui

me rappelle son opération des amygdales.

114

00:05:18,025 --> 00:05:20,195

J'en ai marre des SMS.

115

00:05:20,729 --> 00:05:23,715

Puisqu'il ne nous a pas appelés,

sortons l'artillerie lourde.

116

00:05:27,511 --> 00:05:29,161

Réveille-moi avec une histoire

117

00:05:29,286 --> 00:05:30,582

du carnet noir de Chuck.

118

00:05:32,456 --> 00:05:35,701

La dernière fois qu'on a parlé,

tu avais fait tous les "T".

119

00:05:36,128 --> 00:05:38,245

Disons que "V" est pour "vivant".

120

00:05:39,256 --> 00:05:40,555

C'est vraiment génial.

121

00:05:41,007 --> 00:05:42,577

Je fais tout le temps l'amour,

122

00:05:42,702 --> 00:05:44,990

je n'ai jamais à dîner seul,

123

00:05:45,385 --> 00:05:48,222

et encore mieux, je n'ai pas à parler

de quoi que ce soit.

124

00:05:48,575 --> 00:05:50,456

Donc la clé d'une bonne relation

125

00:05:50,581 --> 00:05:52,226

serait aucune relation...

126

00:05:52,518 --> 00:05:53,851

Mais ça devient épuisant.

127

00:05:54,028 --> 00:05:55,737

Commence pas avec la fatigue.

128

00:05:56,565 --> 00:05:58,899

Tu es surtout fatigué

de tout garder ton secret.

129

00:05:59,544 --> 00:06:02,844

Non. Mon père et Lily

rentrent aujourd'hui donc...

130

00:06:03,531 --> 00:06:05,191

Je leur dirai, je le jure.

131

00:06:05,994 --> 00:06:07,216

Leur dire quoi ?

132

00:06:11,428 --> 00:06:14,043

Quelle décision ?

Nate m'a quittée

133

00:06:14,168 --> 00:06:16,061

et Dan recolle les morceaux

avec Vanessa.

134

00:06:16,186 --> 00:06:19,500

Je ne te demande pas de prédire

ce qu'il se passera pour eux.

135

00:06:19,625 --> 00:06:21,255

Toi, qu'y a-t-il dans ton coeur ?

136

00:06:21,609 --> 00:06:23,096

Le soir quand tu t'endors,

137

00:06:23,221 --> 00:06:24,393

tu rêves de quoi ?

138

00:06:24,518 --> 00:06:26,716

Tu m'avais promis

du shopping thérapeutique.

139

00:06:26,887 --> 00:06:29,911

Je m'endors en pensant à des gars

qui s'appellent Louboutin* et Laurent*.

140

00:06:30,036 --> 00:06:31,598

On verra ça en rentrant.

141

00:06:32,543 --> 00:06:33,692

En parlant de ça...

142

00:06:33,817 --> 00:06:35,769

- Mademoiselle, pour vous.

- Merci.

143

00:06:36,701 --> 00:06:39,400

À sa taille, je dirais

que c'est ta liste de cours à Brown.

144

00:06:39,525 --> 00:06:40,886

On verra en l'ouvrant.

145

00:06:41,011 --> 00:06:43,232

Tu me manqueras

quand tu seras à Providence,

146

00:06:43,357 --> 00:06:45,320

mais la séparation

assure zéro compétition,

147

00:06:45,531 --> 00:06:47,142

donc pas de méchanceté de lycée.

148

00:06:47,616 --> 00:06:49,241

Plus jamais ça, jure-le.

149

00:06:50,337 --> 00:06:52,165

Comme tu l'as dit, c'était au lycée.

150

00:06:59,502 --> 00:07:00,978

Vous ne savez pas où il est ?

151

00:07:01,103 --> 00:07:03,132

Charles ne nous a pas quittés

en bons termes.

152

00:07:03,257 --> 00:07:04,971

Et quand il part, il préfère

153

00:07:05,096 --> 00:07:07,995

ne pas nous dire où il va,

pour notre bien.

154

00:07:08,266 --> 00:07:11,030

J'ai besoin de votre aide

pour le trouver cette fois, et vite.

155

00:07:11,155 --> 00:07:13,015

Il n'a pas payé

l'hypothèque depuis mai.

156

00:07:13,679 --> 00:07:15,090

C'est quand il est parti.

157

00:07:15,215 --> 00:07:17,967

Encore un paiement manqué,

et il sera en non-paiement.

158

00:07:18,092 --> 00:07:20,266

Voici les détails

de ses derniers mouvements.

159

00:07:20,391 --> 00:07:23,357

Ce sont des billets d'avion, des frais

de cartes de crédit, des retraits.

160

00:07:23,720 --> 00:07:26,736

Pouvez-vous les regarder

et passer quelques coups de téléphone ?

161

00:07:26,930 --> 00:07:29,031

- Bien sûr. Merci, Bruce.

- Merci.

162

00:07:29,199 --> 00:07:30,263

On le trouvera.

163

00:07:44,670 --> 00:07:48,175

Salut mon coeur.

Je veux tout savoir de ta journée,

164

00:07:48,343 --> 00:07:50,886

la nourriture, le shopping,

et les garçons en Vespa*.

165

00:07:51,318 --> 00:07:52,982

Ça la résume plutôt bien.

166

00:07:53,408 --> 00:07:54,744

Mais d'abord,

167

00:07:55,364 --> 00:07:58,476

je voudrais savoir si Blair ou toi

avez des nouvelles de Charles.

168

00:07:58,751 --> 00:08:00,134

Non, je n'en attends pas.

169

00:08:00,259 --> 00:08:02,980

C'est vraiment correct de sa part,

de la laisser seule.

170

00:08:03,150 --> 00:08:05,702

- Pauvre Blair. Elle souffre toujours ?

- Oui.

171

00:08:06,179 --> 00:08:09,050

Mais elle fait face.

T'inquiète pas pour Chuck.

172

00:08:09,175 --> 00:08:12,282

En général l'été, il est ivre

sur une île où la polygamie est légale.

173

00:08:12,748 --> 00:08:15,494

Étant donné ce qui s'est passé,

c'est logique qu'il soit solitaire.

174

00:08:15,663 --> 00:08:16,703

Qu'y a-t-il ?

175

00:08:16,871 --> 00:08:19,422

Rien, si tu ne sais rien,

je peux me renseigner moi-même.

176

00:08:19,625 --> 00:08:22,417

Continue de t'amuser.

Tu vas bien ?

177

00:08:24,234 --> 00:08:25,475

Je sais pas trop.

178

00:08:26,650 --> 00:08:28,798

J'ai été prise à Columbia.

179

00:08:29,222 --> 00:08:31,165

C'est merveilleux.

180

00:08:31,387 --> 00:08:32,035

Oui.

181

00:08:32,706 --> 00:08:35,179

Mais je ne suis pas sûre

que Blair sera d'accord.

182

00:08:36,571 --> 00:08:38,656

Ton père m'a appelée.

Il n'arrive pas à t'avoir.

183

00:08:38,781 --> 00:08:41,102

J'ai dit d'appeler Serena,

je pensais que t'étais avec elle,

184

00:08:41,294 --> 00:08:43,231

car pourquoi donc ne m'aurais-tu pas

185

00:08:43,356 --> 00:08:45,324

appelée de tout l'été,

186

00:08:45,449 --> 00:08:47,348

ou laissée dans le hall d'entrée ?

187

00:08:47,473 --> 00:08:49,721

Je suis désolé,

mais il y a une raison.

188

00:08:54,075 --> 00:08:54,950

C'est...

189

00:08:56,109 --> 00:08:57,786

Parce que t'es devenu bordélique ?

190

00:08:58,426 --> 00:09:01,110

Après ce que tu as fait,

je devrais pas te le demander.

191

00:09:01,235 --> 00:09:03,088

Mais, ça va ?

192

00:09:09,140 --> 00:09:10,688

On dirait que tu vas très bien.

193

00:09:10,813 --> 00:09:13,043

C'est pour ça

que t'évites tout le monde ?

194

00:09:13,168 --> 00:09:14,678

Car tu vois quelqu'un ?

195

00:09:14,846 --> 00:09:16,429

Non, ce n'est pas le cas.

196

00:09:16,670 --> 00:09:18,604

Dan, il y a quelqu'un ?

197

00:09:20,448 --> 00:09:22,060

C'était une erreur.

Je m'en vais.

198

00:09:22,228 --> 00:09:24,099

C'est sûrement une bonne idée.

Merci.

199

00:09:30,193 --> 00:09:32,820

- Tu sors avec Georgina ?

- Non, on ne sort pas ensemble.

200

00:09:32,989 --> 00:09:35,407

C'est vrai.

On sort pas beaucoup de la maison.

201

00:09:35,576 --> 00:09:37,281

Ce n'est pas pour ce que tu crois.

202

00:09:37,406 --> 00:09:38,965

Alors pour quelle raison

203

00:09:39,090 --> 00:09:41,292

Georgina se remet

204

00:09:41,417 --> 00:09:42,998

à laisser sa lingerie chez toi ?

205

00:09:46,939 --> 00:09:47,874

Voici Milo.

206

00:09:49,153 --> 00:09:50,539

C'est notre fils.

207

00:10:03,787 --> 00:10:06,229

Non. Tais-toi !

208

00:10:06,493 --> 00:10:07,695

Non, mais vraiment.

209

00:10:08,733 --> 00:10:10,068

Tais-toi. Maintenant.

210

00:10:11,606 --> 00:10:12,574

Tais-toi !

211

00:10:13,030 --> 00:10:13,987

Oh, mon Dieu.

212

00:10:14,960 --> 00:10:16,037

Tu l'as pas fait.

213

00:10:16,391 --> 00:10:17,360

Tu l'as fait ?

214

00:10:17,984 --> 00:10:19,057

Sérieusement ?

215

00:10:19,369 --> 00:10:20,402

La ferme !

216

00:10:20,955 --> 00:10:23,056

- Mon Dieu ! Oh mon...

- Tu pourrais sortir ?

217

00:10:23,968 --> 00:10:24,916

Désolée.

218

00:10:25,041 --> 00:10:26,475

Tu l'as pas fait.

219

00:10:26,600 --> 00:10:28,045

Non c'est pas vrai.

220

00:10:28,170 --> 00:10:29,546

Tu l'as fait ?!

221

00:10:29,671 --> 00:10:32,464

Je ne voudrais pas interrompre

la conversation de votre petite amie.

222

00:10:32,991 --> 00:10:34,299

Ça paraissait important.

223

00:10:34,467 --> 00:10:35,884

Ce n'est pas ma petite amie.

224

00:10:37,434 --> 00:10:38,579

J'étais polie.

225

00:10:38,704 --> 00:10:39,795

Ce n'est pas ça.

226

00:10:39,920 --> 00:10:42,516

C'est juste... l'amie d'un ami.

227

00:10:43,248 --> 00:10:44,959

Quel genre d'ami est-ce donc ?

228

00:10:45,978 --> 00:10:49,023

Le genre qui me laisse

son carnet noir pour l'été.

229

00:10:51,556 --> 00:10:53,770

Je doute que votre ami

amènerait son amie

230

00:10:53,895 --> 00:10:55,361

dans un lieu comme Norma's*.

231

00:10:55,620 --> 00:10:58,114

Le moins que je puisse faire,

c'est l'inviter au restaurant.

232

00:10:58,340 --> 00:10:59,824

Cette hôtesse de chez Perkins

233

00:11:00,005 --> 00:11:01,391

couchait avec Tiger Woods*,

234

00:11:01,516 --> 00:11:03,829

elle n'a eu

qu'une aile de poulet en un an.

235

00:11:04,482 --> 00:11:05,706

C'est respectable.

236

00:11:05,995 --> 00:11:06,950

Merci.

237

00:11:09,159 --> 00:11:11,107

Pourquoi n'est-elle pas

votre compagne ?

238

00:11:11,232 --> 00:11:13,068

J'ai essayé d'être respectable.

239

00:11:14,174 --> 00:11:15,352

Vous avez souffert.

240

00:11:16,432 --> 00:11:17,117

Non.

241

00:11:20,360 --> 00:11:21,680

Je suppose qu'il y a...

242

00:11:22,781 --> 00:11:25,133

une première fois à tout.

243

00:11:31,909 --> 00:11:33,150

Ça va, ça vient.

244

00:11:34,758 --> 00:11:38,860

Je ne saurais dire si votre approche

est éclairée ou chauvine.

245

00:11:39,535 --> 00:11:41,158

Prenez sa place et découvrez-le.

246

00:11:41,649 --> 00:11:42,909

Bonne réplique.

247

00:11:43,571 --> 00:11:44,637

Presque conclu.

248

00:11:44,872 --> 00:11:47,907

Mais j'ai un rendez-vous,

je ne peux pas être en retard.

249

00:11:48,083 --> 00:11:49,791

Nate Archibald.

250

00:11:53,423 --> 00:11:56,351

- Puis-je avoir votre numéro ?

- Il n'est pas dans votre carnet noir ?

251

00:12:47,800 --> 00:12:49,559

Une Américaine qui aime Manet* ?

252

00:12:50,723 --> 00:12:52,131

Trop beau pour être vrai.

253

00:12:52,356 --> 00:12:53,813

Comment savez-vous ça ?

254

00:12:54,047 --> 00:12:55,110

Ne me dites pas

255

00:12:55,235 --> 00:12:57,441

que mon accent n'est pas aussi bon

que je le crois.

256

00:12:57,611 --> 00:12:58,777

Il est divin.

257

00:12:59,411 --> 00:13:01,530

Votre montre affiche

l'heure orientale standard.

258

00:13:05,577 --> 00:13:06,691

Depuis toujours.

259

00:13:06,816 --> 00:13:09,701

Je n'y suis jamais allé

mais j'adorerais en entendre parler.

260

00:13:09,998 --> 00:13:11,556

Ce soir, autour d'un repas ?

261

00:13:11,681 --> 00:13:14,000

- J'en serais ravie.

- Parfait.

262

00:13:14,278 --> 00:13:16,802

Donnez-moi vos coordonnés

et je viendrai à 21h.

263

00:13:28,474 --> 00:13:29,938

- À ce soir.

- Attendez,

264

00:13:30,063 --> 00:13:33,150

une voiture, l'ambassade, Grimaldi ?

Vous n'êtes pas...

265

00:13:33,438 --> 00:13:34,832

Louis, juste Louis.

266

00:13:43,243 --> 00:13:46,199

Où es-tu ? Je voulais te parler

ce matin mais tu étais déjà partie.

267

00:13:46,367 --> 00:13:48,265

Je crois avoir rencontré

un vrai prince.

268

00:13:48,390 --> 00:13:51,391

Un Grimaldi, comme dans

la famille royale de Monaco,

269

00:13:51,516 --> 00:13:53,785

ou dans Grace

"Princesse Américaine" Kelly.

270

00:13:54,000 --> 00:13:56,390

Quoi que tu fasses, arrête.

On doit faire les boutiques.

271

00:13:58,137 --> 00:13:59,713

C'est bien parce que c'est toi B.

272

00:14:05,845 --> 00:14:07,303

Repérées, B. & S.

273

00:14:07,555 --> 00:14:08,555

chic et joyeuses

274

00:14:09,223 --> 00:14:10,557

sur le boulevard Haussmann*.

275

00:14:11,309 --> 00:14:13,059

Elles jouaient dans les magasins

276

00:14:13,227 --> 00:14:15,277

et se sont attardées chez Tally Weijl*.

277

00:14:17,112 --> 00:14:19,061

Sur la rue Saint-Honoré*,

278

00:14:19,186 --> 00:14:22,292

elles étaient à la recherche

de haute couture au Palais-Royal*

279

00:14:22,570 --> 00:14:25,703

et elles ont trouvé les tenues parfaites

pour anéantir la concurrence.

280

00:14:27,261 --> 00:14:29,826

Puis, elles se sont dirigées vers

le Triangle d'or*,

281

00:14:29,994 --> 00:14:32,302

où Montaigne rencontre George V,

282

00:14:32,497 --> 00:14:34,956

et où les produits de luxe

sont une drogue de choix.

283

00:14:35,875 --> 00:14:38,383

Mais les Grimaldi

n'ont pas une très grande famille.

284

00:14:38,508 --> 00:14:41,353

Il doit être un cousin au premier degré.

Mais juste pour être sûre...

285

00:14:41,478 --> 00:14:44,555

Tu fais quoi ? Cendrillon

ne s'est pas renseignée sur Google.

286

00:14:44,680 --> 00:14:47,467

Un homme mystérieux s'est avancé devant ta toile,

comme tu le voulais.

287

00:14:47,592 --> 00:14:49,568

Tu peux pas en faire

quelque chose d'élitiste.

288

00:14:49,693 --> 00:14:51,312

C'est vrai. Mais si ma marraine

289

00:14:51,437 --> 00:14:53,475

était ma carte de crédit ?

C'est le destin.

290

00:14:54,093 --> 00:14:56,592

Avant que tu me fasses

un autre malaise pour des chaussures,

291

00:14:56,717 --> 00:14:58,356

il faut que je te dise

quelque chose.

292

00:14:58,481 --> 00:15:00,327

Ce colis d'hier...

293

00:15:01,548 --> 00:15:05,111

Je veux tout savoir sur ta spécialisation

en crudivorisme* à Brown, mais...

294

00:15:05,279 --> 00:15:06,446

C'est Louis.

295

00:15:06,614 --> 00:15:07,906

On va au Baccarat* !

296

00:15:08,086 --> 00:15:09,366

J'ai la robe idéale.

297

00:15:10,098 --> 00:15:12,202

Tu dois prendre quelque chose toi aussi.

298

00:15:12,375 --> 00:15:14,538

Son ami Jean-Michel

est arrivé à l'improviste,

299

00:15:14,706 --> 00:15:16,219

nous avons un double rendez-vous.

300

00:15:16,344 --> 00:15:18,876

Ce n'est pas une bonne idée.

C'est ta soirée de princesse.

301

00:15:19,001 --> 00:15:21,294

S'il te plaît, si tu ne viens pas,

il va annuler.

302

00:15:23,579 --> 00:15:25,725

Et ces bottes marron

t'iraient à ravir.

303

00:15:26,066 --> 00:15:28,009

Brown !

Qu'avais-tu à me dire sur la fac ?

304

00:15:29,110 --> 00:15:31,346

Ça peut attendre.

Allons acheter des bottes.

305

00:15:41,844 --> 00:15:44,397

Écoute, j'y travaille.

306

00:15:44,522 --> 00:15:46,117

J'ai besoin de plus de temps.

307

00:15:46,525 --> 00:15:47,864

Tu as un jour.

308

00:15:53,042 --> 00:15:54,357

Milo, pas encore.

309

00:15:54,902 --> 00:15:57,406

Tu ne dors jamais

plus de cinq minutes ?

310

00:16:07,951 --> 00:16:10,108

Excusez-moi,

mauvais numéro apparemment.

311

00:16:13,257 --> 00:16:15,097

C'est Georgina Sparks.

312

00:16:15,975 --> 00:16:17,665

Je suis ravie de vous entendre.

313

00:16:17,790 --> 00:16:18,878

Vraiment ?

314

00:16:19,003 --> 00:16:23,007

Georgina, je ne comprends pas,

pourquoi c'est toi qui décroche ?

315

00:16:23,757 --> 00:16:24,800

Où est Dan ?

316

00:16:31,068 --> 00:16:33,433

Désolé de ne pas avoir pu

te parler hier,

317

00:16:33,686 --> 00:16:35,376

Milo a eu beaucoup de coliques.

318

00:16:35,501 --> 00:16:37,481

Tu connais même ce terme...

319

00:16:37,606 --> 00:16:39,590

Tu serais étonnée

de tout ce que je sais

320

00:16:39,715 --> 00:16:42,125

sur l'allaitement, les couches

et l'épisiotomie*.

321

00:16:42,298 --> 00:16:44,475

Ne me parle pas

de son Geor-va-Gina !

322

00:16:44,600 --> 00:16:46,212

Ça fait beaucoup à encaisser.

323

00:16:46,841 --> 00:16:47,992

Crois-moi.

324

00:16:48,331 --> 00:16:50,927

S'il te plaît,

n'en parle ni à mon père ni à Lily.

325

00:16:51,052 --> 00:16:52,961

C'est moi qui dois leur annoncer.

326

00:16:53,086 --> 00:16:54,699

Pourquoi c'est pas encore fait ?

327

00:16:54,824 --> 00:16:57,581

Je ne sais pas.

Peut-être parce que j'ai trop peur.

328

00:16:57,706 --> 00:16:59,454

C'est dur de garder un bébé en vie.

329

00:16:59,579 --> 00:17:02,147

Tu risques de le faire tomber,

il ne doit pas rester seul,

330

00:17:02,272 --> 00:17:04,042

il doit manger toutes les trois heures.

331

00:17:04,461 --> 00:17:07,400

Si je sais pas ce qui m'arrive,

alors comment en parler à mon père ?

332

00:17:08,502 --> 00:17:11,135

Il faut que je te demande,

tout comme le fera Rufus...

333

00:17:12,038 --> 00:17:13,865

Es-tu sûr d'être le père ?

334

00:17:14,190 --> 00:17:15,205

Bien sûr.

335

00:17:18,126 --> 00:17:19,902

Enfin, presque sûr.

336

00:17:20,705 --> 00:17:22,374

T'as pas fait de test de paternité ?

337

00:17:22,584 --> 00:17:25,529

Tu n'étais pas là quand elle a débarqué.

Ses parents l'ont jeté,

338

00:17:25,654 --> 00:17:26,795

elle était apeurée.

339

00:17:26,963 --> 00:17:30,967

Son emménagement était mon idée.

J'ai guetté le moindre faux pas,

340

00:17:32,904 --> 00:17:33,740

mais rien.

341

00:17:33,865 --> 00:17:35,261

Elle est super avec Milo.

342

00:17:35,429 --> 00:17:37,629

On parle de Georgina Sparks.

343

00:17:37,932 --> 00:17:39,417

Même ses cheveux mentent.

344

00:17:39,542 --> 00:17:41,782

Il n'y a rien de vrai

qui sorte de sa bouche,

345

00:17:42,512 --> 00:17:44,466

ou même d'ailleurs.

346

00:17:44,796 --> 00:17:47,779

J'ai demandé un test, mais

c'est impossible au dernier trimestre.

347

00:17:47,904 --> 00:17:49,693

Je n'ai pas signé l'acte de naissance.

348

00:17:50,152 --> 00:17:52,316

Pas tant que le test n'est pas fait.

349

00:17:52,766 --> 00:17:53,863

T'attends quoi ?

350

00:17:58,218 --> 00:18:01,128

Encore une fois, tu t'es surpassée.

Vêtue pour le roi.

351

00:18:01,253 --> 00:18:03,123

Pas encore roi,

mais peut-être un jour.

352

00:18:03,371 --> 00:18:04,862

Tu n'es pas mal non plus.

353

00:18:06,899 --> 00:18:08,420

Il conduit lui-même.

354

00:18:09,198 --> 00:18:10,619

C'est moderne.

355

00:18:11,092 --> 00:18:12,092

Autonome.

356

00:18:14,834 --> 00:18:17,167

Blair, vous êtes splendide.

357

00:18:18,992 --> 00:18:21,266

- Vous devez être Serena.

- Ravie de vous rencontrer.

358

00:18:22,550 --> 00:18:23,435

Également.

359

00:18:23,958 --> 00:18:25,979

Serena, laissez-moi vous présenter

360

00:18:26,868 --> 00:18:28,166

Jean-Michel Grimaldi

361

00:18:28,922 --> 00:18:29,922

de Monaco.

362

00:18:39,165 --> 00:18:41,578

Je ne comprends pas,

vous n'êtes pas un Grimaldi ?

363

00:18:42,729 --> 00:18:45,123

Le chauffeur

vous amenait à l'ambassade.

364

00:18:45,427 --> 00:18:48,196

C'est un malentendu,

je suis le chauffeur de la famille.

365

00:18:48,321 --> 00:18:50,378

Je les amenais à l'ambassade

où ils séjournent.

366

00:18:52,447 --> 00:18:53,447

Je vois.

367

00:18:54,866 --> 00:18:57,145

Donc ton cavalier est un prince,

368

00:18:57,270 --> 00:18:58,729

et le mien...

369

00:18:59,612 --> 00:19:01,744

Est charmant, beau garçon

et adore Manet.

370

00:19:01,869 --> 00:19:03,767

On se crée son propre conte de fée.

371

00:19:04,125 --> 00:19:05,268

Allons-y.

372

00:19:11,607 --> 00:19:13,539

Je n'ai jamais été devant.

373

00:19:13,992 --> 00:19:14,992

Attendez.

374

00:19:20,882 --> 00:19:23,519

Repérée, B. à la place du mort.

375

00:19:25,446 --> 00:19:26,292

Belle vue.

376

00:19:26,417 --> 00:19:28,133

Voyons si notre reine en devenir

377

00:19:28,258 --> 00:19:30,892

a assez de grâce

pour passer la nuit.

378

00:19:44,364 --> 00:19:45,484

Tu es en avance.

379

00:19:45,609 --> 00:19:49,573

Juste pour les préparatifs

et pour t'accessoiriser

380

00:19:49,698 --> 00:19:50,762

convenablement.

381

00:19:50,887 --> 00:19:52,952

Bass n'est pas

son nom de jeune fille.

382

00:19:53,077 --> 00:19:56,133

J'avais peur que personne

ne sache qui elle est.

383

00:19:57,556 --> 00:20:00,166

Il n'y a pas beaucoup de Humphrey

dans la haute société.

384

00:20:00,735 --> 00:20:02,835

T'es pas obligé de rester

si t'en as pas envie.

385

00:20:02,960 --> 00:20:05,239

Top models et champagne ?

Je reste.

386

00:20:05,364 --> 00:20:07,603

J'étais une rockstar avant.

C'est quoi ?

387

00:20:08,583 --> 00:20:09,625

Pourquoi t'as...

388

00:20:10,166 --> 00:20:12,545

Les trajets,

relevés de compte et factures

389

00:20:12,713 --> 00:20:13,553

de Chuck ?

390

00:20:13,678 --> 00:20:15,214

Je le crois en danger.

391

00:20:15,848 --> 00:20:17,299

Après ce qu'il a fait ?

392

00:20:17,467 --> 00:20:19,410

Il serait allé à Prague en mai,

393

00:20:19,535 --> 00:20:21,764

se serait enregistré

dans sa suite au Mandarin*,

394

00:20:21,889 --> 00:20:23,358

et n'est jamais venu payer.

395

00:20:23,643 --> 00:20:25,947

Ses relevés de compte

ne lui ressemblent pas.

396

00:20:26,072 --> 00:20:28,728

Voyages en seconde classe,

téléphones prépayés...

397

00:20:29,062 --> 00:20:30,781

S'il lui était arrivé quelque chose ?

398

00:20:30,906 --> 00:20:33,042

Il fait toujours partie de la famille.

399

00:20:33,167 --> 00:20:35,776

La tienne, pas la nôtre.

Et après ses choix douteux,

400

00:20:35,944 --> 00:20:37,278

il mérite ce qui lui arrive.

401

00:20:37,507 --> 00:20:39,598

Vous avez dit Chuck ?

402

00:20:40,223 --> 00:20:42,658

Blair ne veut même plus

prononcer son nom.

403

00:20:42,903 --> 00:20:44,451

Pourquoi ont-ils rompu ?

404

00:20:45,768 --> 00:20:47,162

Tu lui dis ou je le fais ?

405

00:20:47,452 --> 00:20:49,508

Ça ne te réjouit pas que nos filles

406

00:20:49,633 --> 00:20:51,931

soient à Columbia

ensemble cette année ?

407

00:20:52,056 --> 00:20:52,822

Quoi ?

408

00:20:53,093 --> 00:20:55,228

Je ne savais même pas

que Serena avait postulé.

409

00:20:55,353 --> 00:20:56,473

Et voilà, Danielle.

410

00:20:56,598 --> 00:20:59,373

Si les stylistes ont encore besoin

de volontaires, dis-le moi.

411

00:20:59,498 --> 00:21:00,889

- Je suis là.

- Bien sûr.

412

00:21:01,014 --> 00:21:03,481

Voici Willy Wong de NYC & Compagnie.

413

00:21:03,923 --> 00:21:06,091

- Ravi de vous rencontrer.

- Enchantée.

414

00:21:06,337 --> 00:21:08,659

Voilà pour vous.

Les boissons sont à votre gauche.

415

00:21:08,945 --> 00:21:10,194

Merci.

416

00:21:17,181 --> 00:21:19,981

Et les gardes du casino

nous ont attrapé.

417

00:21:20,106 --> 00:21:22,253

On a éparpillé 1000 dollars en jetons.

Y en avait

418

00:21:22,378 --> 00:21:23,197

partout.

419

00:21:23,494 --> 00:21:25,483

Puis, un garde

m'a attrapé par la ceinture,

420

00:21:25,608 --> 00:21:27,244

et m'a traîné dans la rue.

421

00:21:27,412 --> 00:21:29,032

Tout ça parce qu'il était en jean.

422

00:21:29,603 --> 00:21:30,623

C'était dingue.

423

00:21:31,123 --> 00:21:32,207

Oh mon Dieu.

424

00:21:33,698 --> 00:21:34,530

Ah oui.

425

00:21:35,618 --> 00:21:37,678

Mais les tenues correctes

sont essentielles

426

00:21:37,803 --> 00:21:39,887

pour maintenir

la qualité d'un évènement.

427

00:21:42,842 --> 00:21:44,690

En plus, c'est la tradition.

428

00:21:44,930 --> 00:21:47,056

La tenue formelle des hommes

n'a pas changé

429

00:21:47,224 --> 00:21:48,432

depuis 100 ans.

430

00:21:48,600 --> 00:21:50,017

Pas juste pour être classe.

431

00:21:50,185 --> 00:21:51,894

Posséder un costume montre

432

00:21:52,062 --> 00:21:53,646

que l'homme a les moyens

433

00:21:53,814 --> 00:21:55,856

de se marier

et de financer sa famille.

434

00:21:56,024 --> 00:21:57,040

Ça va ?

435

00:21:59,468 --> 00:22:01,254

Ma mère appelle de New York.

436

00:22:01,379 --> 00:22:02,971

Je vais répondre. Ça va.

437

00:22:10,777 --> 00:22:12,623

Alors, qui veut goûter son dessert ?

438

00:22:13,293 --> 00:22:15,960

Qu'y a-t-il mère ?

Fais vite, j'ai un rendez-vous.

439

00:22:16,158 --> 00:22:18,212

Tu as l'air énervée. Tout va bien ?

440

00:22:18,380 --> 00:22:20,322

Pourquoi tout le monde

me demande ça ?

441

00:22:20,693 --> 00:22:23,340

Ça ne fait rien si Serena

a toujours le prince et moi le pauvre.

442

00:22:23,465 --> 00:22:25,939

J'étais jalouse à Constance.

J'ai tourné la page.

443

00:22:26,239 --> 00:22:28,696

C'est très mature, ma chérie.

444

00:22:28,974 --> 00:22:30,984

Et rien ne doit changer,

445

00:22:31,109 --> 00:22:33,052

puisqu'elle va à Columbia.

446

00:22:33,395 --> 00:22:36,517

Quoi ? Serena va à Columbia ?

447

00:22:39,077 --> 00:22:41,276

Dites-moi si je peux faire

quelque chose pour vous.

448

00:22:41,488 --> 00:22:42,964

Merci. Eleanor est là ?

449

00:22:44,439 --> 00:22:45,291

Juste là.

450

00:22:52,231 --> 00:22:53,872

Que fais-tu ici ?

451

00:22:54,086 --> 00:22:56,720

Je suis bénévole.

J'étais déjà là l'an dernier.

452

00:22:56,845 --> 00:22:57,710

Et toi ?

453

00:22:57,895 --> 00:23:00,754

Nathaniel,

merci d'être venu aussi vite.

454

00:23:02,744 --> 00:23:04,799

Pourrais-tu regarder

les papiers de Charles

455

00:23:04,968 --> 00:23:07,094

et voir si tu trouves quelque chose

456

00:23:07,262 --> 00:23:08,047

de plus.

457

00:23:08,513 --> 00:23:10,472

Mais n'en parle pas à Rufus.

458

00:23:10,686 --> 00:23:11,503

D'accord.

459

00:23:29,604 --> 00:23:31,177

Blair, voici Lou Doillon*.

460

00:23:31,883 --> 00:23:32,688

Bonjour.

461

00:23:34,229 --> 00:23:36,790

Demande à Lou Doillon

d'être ta nouvelle meilleure amie.

462

00:23:36,958 --> 00:23:38,000

J'en ai assez.

463

00:23:39,581 --> 00:23:40,863

Profite de mon rencard.

464

00:23:44,199 --> 00:23:45,123

Excusez-moi.

465

00:23:47,653 --> 00:23:49,304

- Votre nom ?

- Non.

466

00:23:52,615 --> 00:23:53,932

Ce n'est pas bon.

467

00:23:54,222 --> 00:23:56,302

Que nous vaut ce plaisir ?

468

00:23:56,864 --> 00:23:58,937

T'as 15 secondes pour le remplir

ou t'es virée.

469

00:23:59,154 --> 00:24:00,689

Tu devrais venir avec moi.

470

00:24:01,580 --> 00:24:03,672

C'est gentil,

mais j'aime pas la vanille.

471

00:24:03,971 --> 00:24:06,217

- Dan sait que tu es là ?

- Pourquoi le saurait-il ?

472

00:24:08,481 --> 00:24:09,243

Bonjour.

473

00:24:09,991 --> 00:24:12,580

Vous n'êtes pas à la maison.

Vous êtes partis sans moi ?

474

00:24:12,827 --> 00:24:15,213

Oui, on a même traversé le pont.

475

00:24:15,413 --> 00:24:16,997

Ne fais pas ça.

476

00:24:17,544 --> 00:24:18,582

Pourquoi ?

477

00:24:18,993 --> 00:24:20,959

Il est temps

que vous fassiez connaissance.

478

00:24:21,370 --> 00:24:23,087

Tu veux parler à ton père ?

479

00:24:24,506 --> 00:24:26,882

C'est Dan au téléphone.

Il veut vous parler.

480

00:24:33,848 --> 00:24:35,953

Je voulais te le dire avant.

481

00:24:36,078 --> 00:24:37,408

Je savais pas comment.

482

00:24:37,533 --> 00:24:38,517

Dire quoi ?

483

00:24:41,382 --> 00:24:43,774

- C'est qui ce bébé ?

- Et voilà, grand-père.

484

00:24:46,027 --> 00:24:48,570

Voici Milo Humphrey,

votre petit-fils.

485

00:24:51,012 --> 00:24:53,985

Repérée.

Georgina Sparks avec sa poussette,

486

00:24:54,110 --> 00:24:55,645

et Rufus fait la grimace.

487

00:24:55,888 --> 00:24:57,561

Il va arriver.

488

00:24:57,686 --> 00:24:59,373

On dirait que le garçon solitaire

489

00:24:59,541 --> 00:25:01,138

a un petit garçon.

490

00:25:07,124 --> 00:25:08,813

Meredith, je suis désolée.

491

00:25:08,938 --> 00:25:10,867

Je m'excuse auprès de Vogue.

492

00:25:12,010 --> 00:25:14,531

Malheureusement,

un incident s'est produit,

493

00:25:14,656 --> 00:25:17,163

mais Eleanor sera plus qu'heureuse

494

00:25:17,288 --> 00:25:19,513

de continuer la fête chez elle.

495

00:25:19,638 --> 00:25:21,339

Et on a un petit bébé aussi.

496

00:25:21,464 --> 00:25:23,427

Absolument délicieuse.

Vous allez l'adorer.

497

00:25:23,914 --> 00:25:26,203

Que se passe-t-il ?

Pourquoi Georgina a un bébé ?

498

00:25:26,328 --> 00:25:28,880

On essaie de le savoir.

Je te tiens au courant.

499

00:25:36,702 --> 00:25:38,134

C'était inattendu.

500

00:25:38,453 --> 00:25:39,694

Tu connais Georgina ?

501

00:25:40,539 --> 00:25:42,339

- Bien vu. Où est-elle ?

- Elle...

502

00:25:45,713 --> 00:25:48,297

Dis-moi que c'est juste

un de ses plans ridicules.

503

00:25:49,107 --> 00:25:51,008

Allez parler

dans la chambre de Serena.

504

00:26:04,774 --> 00:26:07,555

Désolé que toutes ces histoires

aient gâché ton déjeuner.

505

00:26:08,114 --> 00:26:08,986

C'est bon.

506

00:26:09,235 --> 00:26:12,802

Juste au cas où, je n'ai pas d'histoires

de ce genre depuis un moment.

507

00:26:17,764 --> 00:26:18,557

Allô ?

508

00:26:19,032 --> 00:26:20,245

Pardonnez-moi,

509

00:26:20,413 --> 00:26:22,247

mais il y a urgence

dans votre suite.

510

00:26:22,622 --> 00:26:23,999

Une urgence de quel genre ?

511

00:26:30,048 --> 00:26:32,198

Te voilà.

Qu'est-ce qui ne va pas ?

512

00:26:32,884 --> 00:26:36,129

Tu peux avoir la rive gauche,

mais je veux la droite.

513

00:26:36,639 --> 00:26:40,349

Je te laisse tous les décolletés

et tous les barmen mignons.

514

00:26:40,517 --> 00:26:43,018

Mais je veux une robe Dior

et sortir avec un noble.

515

00:26:43,209 --> 00:26:45,520

Et je veux aller à la fac

et prendre des cours,

516

00:26:45,688 --> 00:26:48,565

et avoir des amis sans vivre

dans ton ombre pendant trois ans.

517

00:26:50,441 --> 00:26:52,027

Tu sais pour Columbia.

518

00:26:55,590 --> 00:26:56,855

Vous voulez le porter ?

519

00:26:59,100 --> 00:27:02,135

Je ne m'attendais pas

à ce genre de présentation.

520

00:27:02,834 --> 00:27:04,813

Il ne fallait pas nous l'imposer

comme ça.

521

00:27:04,938 --> 00:27:06,960

Je sais,

j'aime les choses dramatiques.

522

00:27:07,381 --> 00:27:09,104

Mais je ne savais pas quoi faire.

523

00:27:10,209 --> 00:27:12,489

Dan ne vous disait rien,

et vous deviez le savoir.

524

00:27:13,004 --> 00:27:14,715

Au moins, tout le monde se parle là.

525

00:27:14,885 --> 00:27:16,533

En plus, ça te fait plaisir.

526

00:27:16,658 --> 00:27:18,262

Je sais que vous me croyez folle,

527

00:27:18,430 --> 00:27:20,222

manipulatrice, menteuse,

528

00:27:20,390 --> 00:27:22,683

et pathologiquement égoïste,

et c'est vrai.

529

00:27:24,477 --> 00:27:25,771

Ou plutôt ça l'était,

530

00:27:26,089 --> 00:27:27,729

jusqu'à la naissance de Milo.

531

00:27:30,517 --> 00:27:32,150

Je comprends que vous me détestiez.

532

00:27:32,817 --> 00:27:34,461

Ne détestez pas mon fils.

533

00:27:35,071 --> 00:27:36,961

Il mérite d'avoir une bonne famille,

534

00:27:38,099 --> 00:27:40,450

et personne n'a plus

d'amour à donner que vous et Rufus.

535

00:27:50,512 --> 00:27:52,212

Il n'a pas fait

de test de paternité.

536

00:27:52,380 --> 00:27:55,006

- Ce n'est peut-être pas son fils.

- C'est vrai ?

537

00:27:56,024 --> 00:27:57,496

Vous avez raison.

538

00:27:58,178 --> 00:28:00,429

Dan n'a pas fait de test de paternité.

539

00:28:01,233 --> 00:28:02,173

Mais moi si.

540

00:28:06,995 --> 00:28:09,021

Je voulais pas que tu aimes Milo

541

00:28:09,190 --> 00:28:10,434

par obligation.

542

00:28:10,815 --> 00:28:13,652

Mais si on en arrive là,

ainsi soit-il.

543

00:28:14,408 --> 00:28:16,007

Ça dit que je suis le père.

544

00:28:17,124 --> 00:28:19,364

Ne te vexe pas

si je te crois pas sur parole.

545

00:28:24,888 --> 00:28:27,246

Désolée.

Tu veux tout faire toute seule,

546

00:28:27,415 --> 00:28:30,083

mais Columbia ne t'appartient pas.

Mon père y a fait médecine.

547

00:28:30,289 --> 00:28:32,210

Il m'a encouragée à postuler.

548

00:28:32,378 --> 00:28:35,232

Je veux aller à la fac

sans quitter la ville.

549

00:28:35,357 --> 00:28:38,842

Je veux être avec ma famille, mes amis.

Je veux être avec toi.

550

00:28:39,010 --> 00:28:40,177

Quelle chance !

551

00:28:40,609 --> 00:28:42,516

Tu ne t'es jamais dit

552

00:28:42,641 --> 00:28:44,927

qu'on ne veut pas forcément

te voir chaque jour.

553

00:28:45,052 --> 00:28:48,185

"On", oui. Sûrement des tas de gens.

Mais pas ma meilleure amie.

554

00:28:50,721 --> 00:28:53,436

J'ai besoin d'une chance

de réussir toute seule.

555

00:28:53,858 --> 00:28:56,443

Je veux être moi-même,

là où je me sens bien.

556

00:28:56,728 --> 00:29:00,530

Avec N. Y. U et Chuck, l'année dernière

a été la pire de ma vie.

557

00:29:00,699 --> 00:29:02,755

La mienne était pas mal non plus.

558

00:29:02,880 --> 00:29:05,827

Je suis sortie avec un homme marié,

j'ai eu un accident,

559

00:29:06,187 --> 00:29:09,155

je me suis disputée avec ma mère

au point d'être presque S.D.F.

560

00:29:09,280 --> 00:29:10,665

Et il y a eu mon père.

561

00:29:10,833 --> 00:29:13,085

Très bien. Reste en ville.

562

00:29:13,585 --> 00:29:16,068

Mais va dans une autre fac.

563

00:29:16,297 --> 00:29:18,546

Je veux vraiment te rendre heureuse.

564

00:29:18,671 --> 00:29:20,384

Mais la fac, c'est trop important.

565

00:29:21,803 --> 00:29:23,720

Je suis prise, je vais y aller.

566

00:29:25,312 --> 00:29:28,642

On parlera de tout ça demain,

mais maintenant,

567

00:29:28,937 --> 00:29:30,936

deux beaux français nous attendent

568

00:29:31,104 --> 00:29:33,640

pour aller chez Le Baron*.

569

00:29:35,067 --> 00:29:36,460

Louis t'apprécie vraiment.

570

00:29:36,951 --> 00:29:38,437

Oui, en effet.

571

00:29:38,959 --> 00:29:40,612

Et Jean-Michel aussi.

572

00:29:42,212 --> 00:29:44,039

Je vais y retourner toute seule.

573

00:29:45,173 --> 00:29:47,849

Et j'inventerai une excuse

pour expliquer ton absence.

574

00:29:48,571 --> 00:29:50,959

Que tu as glissé

et que tu es tombée dans la fontaine.

575

00:29:51,221 --> 00:29:54,251

Sérieusement ?

Personne ne va y croire.

576

00:29:54,419 --> 00:29:55,293

On parie ?

577

00:30:03,144 --> 00:30:04,333

Merci, docteur.

578

00:30:04,458 --> 00:30:07,450

J'apprécie que vous confirmiez

ces résultats en personne.

579

00:30:10,008 --> 00:30:11,580

Ça ne prouve rien.

580

00:30:13,120 --> 00:30:14,312

On en fera un autre.

581

00:30:14,480 --> 00:30:17,174

Les dates concordent.

Je pensais qu'on avait été prudents.

582

00:30:17,299 --> 00:30:19,147

Mais bon,

on a couché ensemble donc...

583

00:30:19,272 --> 00:30:21,445

Pourquoi tu ne m'en as pas parlé

directement ?

584

00:30:21,619 --> 00:30:24,616

Tu te souviens de ta réaction quand

on a cru que Serena était enceinte ?

585

00:30:24,741 --> 00:30:27,470

Sans compter que je savais pas

si je pouvais gérer cette situation.

586

00:30:27,595 --> 00:30:30,287

Tout ce que tu as dit à l'époque

reste valable.

587

00:30:31,046 --> 00:30:33,925

Je devais y voir clair.

Je pouvais pas la laisser partir

588

00:30:34,050 --> 00:30:36,751

et élever cet enfant sans moi,

sans jamais le connaître.

589

00:30:39,038 --> 00:30:42,547

Je peux être en colère ou protecteur,

mais je serai toujours là pour toi.

590

00:30:43,633 --> 00:30:45,760

C'est comme ça que ça marche

quand tu es père.

591

00:30:45,928 --> 00:30:49,715

Et crois-moi,

un jour tu finiras par comprendre.

592

00:30:51,867 --> 00:30:53,518

Je crois que c'est déjà le cas.

593

00:31:00,043 --> 00:31:02,110

Tu as le certificat de naissance ?

594

00:31:02,477 --> 00:31:03,653

Il est dans mon sac.

595

00:31:17,732 --> 00:31:18,543

Merci.

596

00:31:23,586 --> 00:31:24,674

Merci, papa.

597

00:31:45,780 --> 00:31:46,973

Vous faites quoi ?

598

00:31:47,098 --> 00:31:49,074

Tu veux jouer

à Rock Band 3* avec nous ?

599

00:31:49,274 --> 00:31:51,611

Il y a un synthétiseur.

On peut faire un morceau à cinq.

600

00:31:51,736 --> 00:31:54,505

J'espère que ça te convient,

on a utilisé ta carte de crédit.

601

00:31:59,127 --> 00:32:01,923

Comment s'appelle ton ami

qui t'a laissé son carnet noir ?

602

00:32:03,578 --> 00:32:06,298

Et que ferait Chuck Bass

dans une telle situation ?

603

00:32:07,324 --> 00:32:09,268

Il ne serait pas

dans cette situation.

604

00:32:11,770 --> 00:32:13,431

Et tu ne devrais pas non plus.

605

00:32:15,184 --> 00:32:18,067

Quand tu seras prêt à parler

de ce qui t'as amené à faire ça,

606

00:32:22,241 --> 00:32:23,355

appelle-moi.

607

00:32:33,672 --> 00:32:34,975

Tu es doué.

608

00:32:36,038 --> 00:32:37,038

Merci.

609

00:32:38,284 --> 00:32:40,166

Tu as parlé à Serena récemment ?

610

00:32:41,331 --> 00:32:42,939

Est-ce que toi tu lui as parlé ?

611

00:32:43,064 --> 00:32:46,256

Je sais qu'il s'est passé quelque chose

entre vous avant son départ.

612

00:32:46,424 --> 00:32:48,883

Mais je suppose que tu n'as pas vraiment

eu le temps d'y penser.

613

00:32:49,051 --> 00:32:50,668

Il n'y a pas à y réfléchir.

614

00:32:50,944 --> 00:32:54,049

Je ne pense pas que ça l'intéresse

d'être une belle-mère.

615

00:32:54,540 --> 00:32:56,641

Je crois que j'ai scellé mon destin.

616

00:32:57,374 --> 00:33:01,070

Mais si tu lui parles,

pourrais-tu garder ça pour toi ?

617

00:33:01,195 --> 00:33:02,897

Je veux le lui annoncer moi-même.

618

00:33:03,065 --> 00:33:04,149

Bien sûr.

619

00:33:06,731 --> 00:33:08,028

Elle s'amuse bien ?

620

00:33:08,196 --> 00:33:10,905

C'est Paris.

De grands magasins, de la gastronomie

621

00:33:11,073 --> 00:33:13,033

et les week-ends chez Harold et Roman.

622

00:33:13,201 --> 00:33:15,610

C'est le meilleur moment de sa vie.

623

00:33:18,831 --> 00:33:21,019

Jean-Michel, nous aimons tous Serena

624

00:33:21,209 --> 00:33:24,127

mais elle est très maladroite.

Sûrement à cause de ses longues jambes.

625

00:33:26,358 --> 00:33:28,168

Que s'est- il passé ?

626

00:33:28,293 --> 00:33:30,797

Une Blair.

On se verra à New York.

627

00:33:31,052 --> 00:33:33,301

Jean-Michel, pourrais-tu me reconduire ?

628

00:33:33,638 --> 00:33:35,115

Attends, Jean-Michel ! Non !

629

00:33:35,389 --> 00:33:37,307

Je suis ravi

de t'avoir pour moi seul.

630

00:33:39,596 --> 00:33:41,561

En fait, je suis fatiguée.

631

00:33:41,729 --> 00:33:43,355

On devrait s'en aller aussi, non ?

632

00:33:44,515 --> 00:33:46,926

Il m'a dit que j'étais trop prudent,

633

00:33:47,507 --> 00:33:49,277

mais apparemment c'était pas le cas.

634

00:33:49,751 --> 00:33:50,779

À quel sujet ?

635

00:33:50,947 --> 00:33:54,211

Je suis le membre de la famille royale.

Jean-Michel est mon chauffeur.

636

00:33:54,476 --> 00:33:58,319

Quand tu m'as posé toutes ces questions

sur mon nom, ma voiture, l'ambassade,

637

00:33:58,444 --> 00:34:01,331

j'ai pensé que tu ne m'apprécierais pas

pour ce que je suis.

638

00:34:02,129 --> 00:34:04,000

Quoi ? Non. Qui aurait...

639

00:34:04,168 --> 00:34:05,430

Ça arrive parfois.

640

00:34:06,264 --> 00:34:09,830

Mais quand je t'ai vu contempler

ma toile préférée,

641

00:34:10,442 --> 00:34:13,163

j'ai cru que quelqu'un

qui aime ce que j'aime pourrait...

642

00:34:13,288 --> 00:34:14,761

m'aimer aussi, un jour.

643

00:34:14,974 --> 00:34:17,193

Baccarat* vient d'ajuster son menu.

644

00:34:17,318 --> 00:34:19,965

Je pensais que c'était le destin,

mais visiblement non.

645

00:34:21,085 --> 00:34:23,558

- C'est le destin, c'est juste que...

- Bonne nuit.

646

00:34:23,683 --> 00:34:27,046

À présent,

le gâteau du jour est un diplomate*.

647

00:34:27,524 --> 00:34:29,109

Bon appétit, Blair.

648

00:34:48,642 --> 00:34:52,092

- Dan et le bébé dorment.

- Oui, j'ai essayé de le joindre.

649

00:34:52,299 --> 00:34:54,996

Tu veux laisser un message ?

J'ai pas le temps de discuter.

650

00:34:55,176 --> 00:34:57,761

Je voulais lui dire que je suis là

s'il a besoin de parler.

651

00:34:57,886 --> 00:34:59,513

Je serai toujours son amie.

652

00:34:59,681 --> 00:35:02,240

C'est mignon.

Il va avoir besoin d'une amie.

653

00:35:03,284 --> 00:35:06,195

- Je le lui dirai.

- Au cas où,

654

00:35:06,688 --> 00:35:10,139

- je lui ai laissé un message vocal.

- Tu me connais trop bien.

655

00:35:19,576 --> 00:35:21,660

Je suis stressée, je vais au SPA.

656

00:35:50,677 --> 00:35:54,135

Ça t'aide de savoir

que j'ai ruiné mon rendez-vous ?

657

00:35:54,486 --> 00:35:58,480

Non. J'ai appelé l'aéroport.

La voiture est en chemin.

658

00:35:58,989 --> 00:36:00,371

J'ai un vol de nuit.

659

00:36:00,909 --> 00:36:03,410

Tu me donnes l'exemplaire de Be* ?

Je le lirai dans l'avion.

660

00:36:14,715 --> 00:36:15,839

Ne pars pas.

661

00:36:17,198 --> 00:36:19,426

Je me moque

de sortir avec un prince.

662

00:36:19,989 --> 00:36:22,846

Je me moque de sortir avec quiconque.

Je tiens à toi.

663

00:36:25,125 --> 00:36:27,100

J'ai besoin

de mon amie en ce moment.

664

00:36:29,284 --> 00:36:32,345

Je fais semblant d'aller bien,

mais ce n'est pas le cas.

665

00:36:36,624 --> 00:36:38,739

On parle de coeur brisé...

666

00:36:41,581 --> 00:36:43,522

mais c'est tout mon corps qui souffre.

667

00:36:45,153 --> 00:36:47,374

Et si les choses

ne changeaient pas ?

668

00:36:48,715 --> 00:36:50,916

Si je ne me remettais

jamais de Chuck ?

669

00:36:51,880 --> 00:36:54,253

Tu y arriveras.

Tu verras.

670

00:36:56,152 --> 00:36:58,298

Je ne sais pas

ce que je ferais sans toi.

671

00:36:58,475 --> 00:37:00,133

J'ai peur de détruire notre amitié

672

00:37:01,149 --> 00:37:02,789

si tu vas à Columbia.

673

00:37:03,349 --> 00:37:05,703

Tu m'as poussée

dans une fontaine ce soir,

674

00:37:05,828 --> 00:37:08,851

et là nous avons une conversation

de jeunes femmes matures.

675

00:37:09,763 --> 00:37:11,618

Je dirais que c'est bon signe.

676

00:37:11,743 --> 00:37:14,927

Et si c'est un désastre à Columbia

et qu'on s'éloigne pour de bon ?

677

00:37:15,052 --> 00:37:16,441

Et si c'est si génial

678

00:37:16,566 --> 00:37:19,486

qu'on devienne plus proches

qu'on l'a jamais été ?

679

00:37:22,870 --> 00:37:24,199

Vis dangereusement.

680

00:37:26,158 --> 00:37:26,994

Ça te va ?

681

00:37:27,640 --> 00:37:28,640

Ça me va.

682

00:37:29,745 --> 00:37:33,025

Tu n'as plus qu'à prévenir Dan et Nate

de ta présence en ville l'an prochain.

683

00:37:33,732 --> 00:37:34,751

Tu fais quoi ?

684

00:37:35,193 --> 00:37:36,670

Je fais passer le mot.

685

00:37:37,121 --> 00:37:40,745

Et tu ne peux pas changer d'avis,

car Gossip Girl déteste avoir tort.

686

00:37:45,625 --> 00:37:48,487

Provenant de Mlle B en personne :

687

00:37:48,842 --> 00:37:51,898

Serena van der Woodsen

est en route vers Columbia.

688

00:37:52,437 --> 00:37:54,605

S. et B. à nouveau réunies ?

689

00:37:54,844 --> 00:37:56,607

C'est le paradis.

690

00:37:57,346 --> 00:37:59,452

Ou du moins l'Upper West Side...

691

00:38:19,620 --> 00:38:21,006

Je sais qu'il est tard,

692

00:38:21,174 --> 00:38:22,688

mais tu avais raison.

693

00:38:23,242 --> 00:38:24,473

J'ai souffert...

694

00:38:24,951 --> 00:38:27,179

à cause de quelqu'un.

Beaucoup souffert.

695

00:38:28,348 --> 00:38:29,467

Je suis désolée.

696

00:38:29,592 --> 00:38:31,767

Je ne pensais pas

la revoir de si tôt,

697

00:38:31,935 --> 00:38:34,828

mais je viens d'apprendre

qu'elle revient à New York

698

00:38:36,168 --> 00:38:38,198

et je n'y suis pas préparé.

699

00:38:38,441 --> 00:38:40,017

Je voulais lui envoyer un sms

700

00:38:40,142 --> 00:38:43,278

lui expliquant que je m'éclate,

mais ce n'est pas le cas.

701

00:38:44,118 --> 00:38:46,658

Je ne tiens plus le coup.

Je suis épuisé.

702

00:38:46,991 --> 00:38:49,743

Je dois à l'hôtel

des milliers de dollars en réparations.

703

00:38:49,911 --> 00:38:51,973

Tu veux qu'on aille boire un café ?

704

00:38:52,247 --> 00:38:54,457

C'est parfois plus simple

de se confier à un étranger.

705

00:38:54,834 --> 00:38:56,345

Ça a l'air bien.

706

00:38:56,668 --> 00:38:59,336

- Au French Roast*, dans 20 minutes ?

- Parfait.

707

00:39:29,066 --> 00:39:30,763

Un appel de France.

708

00:39:33,435 --> 00:39:34,870

C'est moi-même.

709

00:39:36,738 --> 00:39:38,667

Oh mon Dieu, c'est Serena ?

Elle va bien ?

710

00:39:43,129 --> 00:39:44,129

D'accord.

711

00:39:46,404 --> 00:39:47,879

Quoi ? Qu'y a-t-il ?

712

00:39:48,613 --> 00:39:51,179

Un corps a été retrouvé

dans l'eau à Paris. Blessé par balles.

713

00:39:52,109 --> 00:39:54,583

La pièce d'identité trouvée

est celle de...

714

00:40:06,362 --> 00:40:07,779

- Arrête !

- Ma petite soeur !

715

00:40:09,524 --> 00:40:10,754

Lâche-moi !

716

00:40:13,567 --> 00:40:14,786

T'as couché avec elle ?

717

00:40:19,083 --> 00:40:21,126

- Jenny n'était que...

- Ne prononce pas son nom !

718

00:40:29,552 --> 00:40:32,220

- Où est-ce que je suis ?

- En sécurité.

719

00:40:37,195 --> 00:40:38,185

Qui es-tu ?

720

00:40:40,438 --> 00:40:41,538

Quel est ton nom ?

721

00:40:49,378 --> 00:40:50,614

Henry.

722

00:40:51,978 --> 00:40:53,158

Henry Prince.

723

00:41:03,836 --> 00:41:07,138

Tu as encore fait ce rêve.

J'espérais que ça resterait à Prague.

724

00:41:07,731 --> 00:41:09,502

J'ai besoin de temps.

725

00:41:09,762 --> 00:41:11,785

Prends-en autant que tu veux.

726

00:41:11,910 --> 00:41:15,404

Mon oncle nous laisse son appartement

et il t'a trouvé un emploi.

727

00:41:22,302 --> 00:41:23,302

Merci.

728

00:41:23,798 --> 00:41:25,773

Bienvenue à Paris, Henry.

729

00:41:29,372 --> 00:41:30,695

Rentrons à la maison.

730

00:41:33,692 --> 00:41:37,686

Napoléon a dit un jour

que les secrets voyagent vite à Paris.

731

00:41:37,952 --> 00:41:40,111

Mais Gossip Girl voyage encore plus vite.

732

00:41:41,000 --> 00:41:41,998

Bisou bisou.

1

00:00:02,808 --> 00:00:04,727

2 Years ago, at the maskredball,

2

00:00:04,728 --> 00:00:05,728

I Try to tell you

That i Love You.

3

00:00:05,729 --> 00:00:06,794

You Loved me?

4

00:00:06,829 --> 00:00:09,278

I have feelings for you. I

don't wanna ruin our friendship.

5

00:00:09,313 --> 00:00:11,728

I think we should just throw

down and see what happens.

6

00:00:11,763 --> 00:00:13,319

I mean, we just fell asleep.

7

00:00:13,354 --> 00:00:16,820

After an entire bottle

of wine... And one kiss.

8

00:00:16,855 --> 00:00:18,226

A kiss is not nothing.

9

00:00:18,261 --> 00:00:20,397

People kiss because they

have feelings for each other.

10

00:00:20,432 --> 00:00:22,950

blair, you and I are magnetic.

11

00:00:22,985 --> 00:00:25,434

Our pull is as undeniable as ever.

12

00:00:25,469 --> 00:00:27,856

I'll be waiting at the top

of the empire state building.

13

00:00:27,891 --> 00:00:30,247

01, I'm closing my heart to you forever.

14

00:00:30,282 --> 00:00:32,113

Hi, I'm meeting a young man here,

15

00:00:32,148 --> 00:00:34,984

Probably in a bowtie,

possibly carrying peonies.

16

00:00:35,019 --> 00:00:37,820

I did the most romantic

thing I could think of,

17

00:00:37,855 --> 00:00:39,030

And it didn't work.

18

00:00:39,065 --> 00:00:40,573

I'm sorry.

19

00:00:40,608 --> 00:00:41,801

Chuck? What are you doing?

20

00:00:41,836 --> 00:00:42,995

Is there someone in there?

21

00:00:43,030 --> 00:00:44,168

no, nobody.

22

00:00:44,203 --> 00:00:45,975

Dorota went into labor.

23

00:00:46,010 --> 00:00:47,712

Sorry I was so late.

24

00:00:47,747 --> 00:00:49,956

I can't deny that our

path has been complicated,

25

00:00:49,991 --> 00:00:52,166

But in the end, love

makes everything simple.

26

00:00:52,201 --> 00:00:54,093

I wanted it to be special.

27

00:00:54,128 --> 00:00:54,831

What happened?

28

00:00:54,866 --> 00:00:56,119

You need to ask her.

29

00:00:56,154 --> 00:00:59,126

I am so sorry for the

pain I've caused you.

30

00:00:59,161 --> 00:01:01,128

Blair, will

you be-uhh!

31

00:01:01,938 --> 00:01:02,658

Humphrey!

32

00:01:02,693 --> 00:01:03,635

You-tell

her.

33

00:01:03,636 --> 00:01:04,914

You didn't.

34

00:01:04,949 --> 00:01:06,157

Blair. You did.

35

00:01:06,192 --> 00:01:08,664

You, go and never come back.

36

00:01:08,699 --> 00:01:11,120

I think I need to be alone for a while.

37

00:01:11,155 --> 00:01:12,428

If you're out, you're out.

38

00:01:12,463 --> 00:01:13,313

Nate, I love you.

39

00:01:13,348 --> 00:01:15,125

I'm someone who's not

gonna stop looking for love,

40

00:01:15,160 --> 00:01:17,839

Which is why I'm going to paris,

and why you're coming with me.

41

00:01:17,874 --> 00:01:19,274

I really think I need this.

42

00:01:19,309 --> 00:01:20,633

Me, too.

43

00:01:20,668 --> 00:01:22,158

It's gonna be okay, b.

44

00:01:22,193 --> 00:01:23,648

Georgina, what are you-what

are you doing back in town?

45

00:01:23,683 --> 00:01:25,362

Congratulations, daddy.

46

00:01:25,397 --> 00:01:27,006

He looks just like you.

47

00:01:27,041 --> 00:01:28,289

I'm not gonna spend the entire summer

48

00:01:28,324 --> 00:01:29,503

Waiting for her to figure things out.

49

00:01:29,538 --> 00:01:31,099

When he took off for

prague, chuck left me

50

00:01:31,134 --> 00:01:32,270

His little black book.

51

00:01:32,305 --> 00:01:33,425

There's no need to get rough.

52

00:01:33,460 --> 00:01:34,769

Hey! Not that.

53

00:01:34,804 --> 00:01:37,600

Just let me keep the box!

56

00:01:53,956 --> 00:01:56,253

nothing beats a summer abroad,

57

00:01:56,288 --> 00:01:59,373

But when traveling far

from home, it's always nice

58

00:01:59,408 --> 00:02:02,458

To bring along an old

friend from the neighborhood.

59

00:02:07,451 --> 00:02:09,943

Cobblestones and caf?De flore.

60

00:02:09,978 --> 00:02:12,436

Serena's locked down the left bank

61

00:02:12,471 --> 00:02:15,358

And become a muse to us all.

62

00:02:16,878 --> 00:02:19,490

Meanwhile, blair rules the right bank,

63

00:02:19,525 --> 00:02:22,968

Storming the shops and

consuming the classics

64

00:02:23,003 --> 00:02:26,947

And sampling sugary snacks

like a modern marie antoinette.

65

00:02:28,661 --> 00:02:31,607

But we hear serena's stories sizzle

66

00:02:31,642 --> 00:02:34,276

While blair's are more fizzle.

67

00:02:34,311 --> 00:02:36,911

She shopped at saint laurent

68

00:02:36,946 --> 00:02:38,617

And dined at drouant

69

00:02:38,652 --> 00:02:41,091

But the only beau b. Had this summer

70

00:02:41,126 --> 00:02:43,611

Is on her headband.

71

00:02:44,265 --> 00:02:46,987

Your cute waiter gave me his number.

72

00:02:47,022 --> 00:02:48,043

Blair, what are you doing?

73

00:02:48,078 --> 00:02:50,231

We said we wouldn't check

"Gossip girl" All summer.

74

00:02:50,266 --> 00:02:52,453

Summer's almost over.

75

00:02:53,134 --> 00:02:55,366

So what does it say about chuck?

76

00:02:55,401 --> 00:02:57,599

I couldn't be less interested.

77

00:03:00,201 --> 00:03:03,177

No new posts. He's been m. I.A.

Since he left town in spring.

78

00:03:03,212 --> 00:03:05,311

And what does it say about us?

79

00:03:05,346 --> 00:03:07,376

"Ooh la la! Paris is burning,

80

00:03:07,411 --> 00:03:09,209

And serena and blair lit the match. "

81

00:03:09,244 --> 00:03:11,407

Of course, your flame

is hotter than mine.

82

00:03:11,442 --> 00:03:12,518

Everyone knows that the only guy

83

00:03:12,553 --> 00:03:14,072

Who's been in my pants all summer

84

00:03:14,107 --> 00:03:15,591

Is the tailor at pierre balmain.

85

00:03:15,626 --> 00:03:17,128

And whose fault is that?

86

00:03:17,163 --> 00:03:19,657

Hey, just as many guys

have flirted with you.

87

00:03:19,692 --> 00:03:22,152

I just happen to have a

thing for french waiters.

88

00:03:22,187 --> 00:03:25,054

And bartenders and museum docents,

89

00:03:25,089 --> 00:03:28,481

Anyone on a vespa or bicycle,

90

00:03:28,516 --> 00:03:31,874

Or wearing zadig & voltaire.

91

00:03:33,900 --> 00:03:35,918

B., what's wrong? I

thought you were having fun.

92

00:03:35,953 --> 00:03:38,452

I am. The best. But...

93

00:03:39,093 --> 00:03:41,692

All summer, I've been sitting

in front of my favorite manet

94

00:03:41,727 --> 00:03:43,225

And reading colette in the park,

95

00:03:43,260 --> 00:03:46,453

Hoping that I'll lock eyes

with somebody who's doing

96

00:03:46,488 --> 00:03:49,647

The same thing as me and

feeling the same things I am.

97

00:03:49,682 --> 00:03:51,469

That's really romantic.

98

00:03:51,504 --> 00:03:53,222

But, alas, not effective.

99

00:03:53,257 --> 00:03:55,358

For all my efforts,

I'm heading back home

100

00:03:55,393 --> 00:03:57,424

With a chuck-sized cloud over my head.

101

00:03:57,459 --> 00:04:00,800

And I don't... Even need

to find a great love.

102

00:04:00,835 --> 00:04:03,298

I just wanna go on one nice date.

103

00:04:03,333 --> 00:04:05,664

Well, then this calls

for some more sancerre.

104

00:04:05,699 --> 00:04:08,386

Come on. I know a great

wine bar down the street,

105

00:04:08,421 --> 00:04:11,074

And it happens to have

a very cute bartender.

106

00:04:27,147 --> 00:04:28,072

Jenny looked so good.

107

00:04:28,107 --> 00:04:30,777

You could even tell

what color her eyes are.

108

00:04:30,812 --> 00:04:33,448

Well, sending her to

hudson was a good decision.

109

00:04:33,483 --> 00:04:35,026

You know what what wasn't?

110

00:04:35,061 --> 00:04:36,535

Visiting my mother. We had to.

111

00:04:36,570 --> 00:04:38,595

Yeah. Couldn't we have

just said the arno flooded

112

00:04:38,630 --> 00:04:41,855

And stayed with eric and

elliot in Italy a little longer?

113

00:04:42,121 --> 00:04:43,114

message one.

114

00:04:43,149 --> 00:04:44,608

lillian, it's eleanor.

115

00:04:44,643 --> 00:04:47,025

Just a reminder that you

offered your lovely abode

116

00:04:47,060 --> 00:04:50,141

For the fashion's night out

planning luncheon tomorrow.

117

00:04:50,176 --> 00:04:53,569

Cyrus, you're going to

cut off ana's circulation.

118

00:04:53,604 --> 00:04:54,197

Seriously, dear.

119

00:04:54,232 --> 00:04:55,845

Aren't you glad that's not us?

120

00:04:55,846 --> 00:04:57,345

Imagine starting all over again

121

00:04:57,380 --> 00:05:00,315

with diapers and bottles and spit up.

122

00:05:00,350 --> 00:05:02,291

next message.

123

00:05:02,326 --> 00:05:03,675

lily, it's bruce caplan.

124

00:05:03,710 --> 00:05:06,853

Call me when you get in. It's important.

125

00:05:06,888 --> 00:05:09,675

Hmm. The bass business

manager. I wonder what he wants.

126

00:05:09,710 --> 00:05:11,488

If it's about chuck,

I'd rather not know.

127

00:05:11,628 --> 00:05:13,216

end of messages.

128

00:05:13,251 --> 00:05:14,769

No message from dan?

129

00:05:14,804 --> 00:05:16,231

Last time we went this

long without talking

130

00:05:16,266 --> 00:05:20,195

Was when he had his tonsils

out. And I am sick of texting.

131

00:05:20,675 --> 00:05:24,083

Since he hasn't called us, it's

time to call in the big guns.

132

00:05:27,511 --> 00:05:29,251

Please, wake me up

with a few-few stories

133

00:05:29,286 --> 00:05:30,879

From chuck's little black book.

134

00:05:30,914 --> 00:05:33,426

I, uh, I think the last time we spoke,

135

00:05:33,461 --> 00:05:35,904

You-you'd made it

through all the t's.

136

00:05:35,939 --> 00:05:37,734

Yeah, well, let's just

say "V" Is for "Vivid"

137

00:05:37,769 --> 00:05:38,514

And leave it at that.

138

00:05:38,549 --> 00:05:40,797

I mean, it's pretty awesome.

139

00:05:40,832 --> 00:05:42,534

I'm having tons of sex,

140

00:05:42,569 --> 00:05:45,350

I never have to eat dinner alone,

141

00:05:45,385 --> 00:05:48,540

And best of all, I don't

have to talk about anything.

142

00:05:48,575 --> 00:05:50,546

So the key to a good relationship

143

00:05:50,581 --> 00:05:52,483

Is no relationship at all? Mm.

144

00:05:52,518 --> 00:05:53,993

It does get pretty exhausting, though.

145

00:05:54,028 --> 00:05:55,827

Hey, don't-don't get

me started on exhausted.

146

00:05:55,862 --> 00:05:57,642

Hey, what you're really tired of is

147

00:05:57,677 --> 00:05:59,387

Keeping everything a big secret.

148

00:05:59,422 --> 00:06:03,328

No, no, no. My-my-my dad and

lily are home today so I'm-

149

00:06:03,363 --> 00:06:05,959

I'm-I'll tell

them, I promise.

150

00:06:05,994 --> 00:06:08,439

Tell them what?

151

00:06:11,403 --> 00:06:13,183

What decision? It's not mine to make.

152

00:06:13,218 --> 00:06:14,190

Nate broke up with me,

153

00:06:14,225 --> 00:06:16,151

And dan was trying to patch

things up with vanessa.

154

00:06:16,186 --> 00:06:19,795

Well, I'm not asking you to

make predictions about them.

155

00:06:19,830 --> 00:06:21,574

It's about you, what's in your heart.

156

00:06:21,609 --> 00:06:23,318

At night when you're falling asleep,

157

00:06:23,353 --> 00:06:24,483

What are you wishing for?

158

00:06:24,518 --> 00:06:26,716

When you asked me on this trip,

you promised me retail therapy.

159

00:06:26,751 --> 00:06:27,482

I fall asleep

160

00:06:27,517 --> 00:06:30,094

Thinking about guys named

louboutin and laurent.

161

00:06:30,129 --> 00:06:32,624

Home doesn't exist until we're there.

162

00:06:32,659 --> 00:06:33,782

speaking of home...

163

00:06:33,817 --> 00:06:36,576

Mademoiselle, pour

vous. Oh. Merci, delfine.

164

00:06:36,611 --> 00:06:37,541

Judging from its weight and size,

165

00:06:37,576 --> 00:06:39,490

I'd say it's your course

catalogue from brown.

166

00:06:39,525 --> 00:06:40,976

I'll let you know when I open it.

167

00:06:41,011 --> 00:06:43,455

You know, as much as I'm gonna

miss you when you're in providence,

168

00:06:43,490 --> 00:06:45,410

Having separate lives

ensures no competition,

169

00:06:45,445 --> 00:06:47,232

Which means no high school pettiness.

170

00:06:47,267 --> 00:06:50,302

Promise we won't go

back to our old ways.

171

00:06:50,337 --> 00:06:52,165

Like you said, that was high school.

172

00:06:59,582 --> 00:07:00,940

so you have no idea where he is?

173

00:07:00,975 --> 00:07:03,222

Well, charles didn't exactly

leave town on good terms,

174

00:07:03,257 --> 00:07:05,061

And even when he does, he finds it best

175

00:07:05,096 --> 00:07:08,231

Not to tell us where he's

going, for our own sakes.

176

00:07:08,266 --> 00:07:11,120

Yeah, well, I need your help in

finding him this time, and fast.

177

00:07:11,155 --> 00:07:13,462

He hasn't paid the mortgage

on the empire since may.

178

00:07:13,497 --> 00:07:15,180

That's when he left. Yeah.

179

00:07:15,215 --> 00:07:16,726

Well, the bank says

one more missed payment,

180

00:07:16,761 --> 00:07:18,057

He'll be in default.

181

00:07:18,092 --> 00:07:20,356

So these are the last

records of his movements.

182

00:07:20,391 --> 00:07:23,685

It's plane tickets, credit card

charges, a. T.M. Withdrawals.

183

00:07:23,720 --> 00:07:26,895

Why don't you look 'em over

and maybe make a few calls?

184

00:07:26,930 --> 00:07:28,596

Of course. Thank you, bruce.

185

00:07:28,631 --> 00:07:30,263

Thank you. We'll find him.

186

00:07:30,298 --> 00:07:31,287

okay.

187

00:07:43,921 --> 00:07:44,635

Hey, mom.

188

00:07:44,670 --> 00:07:47,976

hi, sweetheart. I wanna

hear all about your day-

189

00:07:48,011 --> 00:07:51,283

The food, the shopping,

and the boys on vespas.

190

00:07:51,318 --> 00:07:53,373

well, that pretty much sums it up.

191

00:07:53,408 --> 00:07:55,189

But first, um,

192

00:07:55,224 --> 00:07:58,716

I wanted to know if you or

blair have heard from charles.

193

00:07:58,751 --> 00:08:00,224

No, and I don't expect to.

194

00:08:00,259 --> 00:08:03,106

It's actually decent of

him, leaving her alone.

195

00:08:03,141 --> 00:08:05,481

Yeah, poor blair. Is she still hurting?

196

00:08:05,516 --> 00:08:07,821

Yeah, but she's putting up a good front.

197

00:08:07,856 --> 00:08:09,050

And I wouldn't worry about chuck.

198

00:08:09,085 --> 00:08:09,883

Any normal summer,

199

00:08:09,918 --> 00:08:12,669

He's drunk on some island

where polygamy's legal.

200

00:08:12,704 --> 00:08:15,583

Given everything that happened,

it makes sense he's gone rogue.

201

00:08:15,618 --> 00:08:16,613

Why you so interested?

202

00:08:16,648 --> 00:08:19,512

Oh, no, uh, if you don't know

anything, I can find out myself.

203

00:08:19,547 --> 00:08:23,149

You just keep having a

good time. How are you?

204

00:08:24,197 --> 00:08:26,071

I'm not sure.

205

00:08:26,650 --> 00:08:28,853

I got into columbia.

206

00:08:29,222 --> 00:08:31,255

Serena, that's wonderful.

207

00:08:31,290 --> 00:08:32,671

Yeah.

208

00:08:32,706 --> 00:08:35,227

Yeah, but I'm not sure

blair will think so.

209

00:08:36,723 --> 00:08:38,656

Your dad called me. He

said he couldn't reach you.

210

00:08:38,691 --> 00:08:39,690

I told him he should try serena

211

00:08:39,725 --> 00:08:41,259

Because I assumed you'd be with her,

212

00:08:41,294 --> 00:08:43,321

Because what other reason

could there possibly be

213

00:08:43,356 --> 00:08:45,414

That you haven't called

or e-mailed me all summer,

214

00:08:45,449 --> 00:08:47,438

Or making me have this

conversation in the doorway.

215

00:08:47,473 --> 00:08:50,359

No, vanessa, I'm so sorry about

that, but there is a reason.

216

00:08:54,172 --> 00:08:55,368

Is it...

217

00:08:56,159 --> 00:08:58,679

Because you've become a

hoarder? You know what?

218

00:08:58,714 --> 00:09:01,200

A- after what you did,

I shouldn't even care.

219

00:09:01,235 --> 00:09:03,442

But... Are you okay?

220

00:09:05,159 --> 00:09:06,796

I'm...

221

00:09:09,063 --> 00:09:10,889

I guess you're more than okay.

222

00:09:10,924 --> 00:09:13,133

Is that the reason you've

been avoiding everyone?

223

00:09:13,168 --> 00:09:14,631

Because you're seeing someone new?

224

00:09:14,666 --> 00:09:16,635

No, I'm not.

I'm-I'm not.

225

00:09:16,670 --> 00:09:18,604

dan, is there someone here?

226

00:09:20,462 --> 00:09:22,379

You know what? This was

a mistake. I'm gonna go.

227

00:09:22,414 --> 00:09:24,938

That's probably a good idea. Thanks.

228

00:09:30,193 --> 00:09:31,640

You're dating georgina?

229

00:09:31,675 --> 00:09:33,053

No. No, we're not dating.

230

00:09:33,088 --> 00:09:35,518

That's true. We barely

ever leave the house.

231

00:09:35,553 --> 00:09:37,371

No, but it's not-it's not

for the reason you think.

232

00:09:37,406 --> 00:09:39,055

Then what other possible

reason could there be

233

00:09:39,090 --> 00:09:41,382

In the god-I-don't-believe-in's

universe for georgina sparks

234

00:09:41,417 --> 00:09:44,090

To be leaving lingerie

around your house?

235

00:09:46,939 --> 00:09:49,118

Meet milo.

236

00:09:49,153 --> 00:09:51,297

He's our son.

237

00:10:02,481 --> 00:10:03,752

No.

238

00:10:03,787 --> 00:10:06,458

No. Shut up!

239

00:10:06,493 --> 00:10:09,398

No, you-you really-

you have to shut up...

240

00:10:09,433 --> 00:10:10,796

right now.

241

00:10:11,351 --> 00:10:12,851

Shut up!

242

00:10:12,886 --> 00:10:14,317

Oh, my god.

243

00:10:14,352 --> 00:10:17,949

Okay, you didn't. You did?

244

00:10:17,984 --> 00:10:19,147

Are you serious?

245

00:10:19,182 --> 00:10:20,784

Shut up!

246

00:10:20,819 --> 00:10:23,476

God! Oh, my-

tiff, do you mind?

247

00:10:23,511 --> 00:10:25,006

Oh. Sorry.

248

00:10:25,041 --> 00:10:26,565

Okay, you didn't.

249

00:10:26,600 --> 00:10:28,135

You did not.

250

00:10:28,170 --> 00:10:29,636

You did?!

251

00:10:29,671 --> 00:10:33,166

Wouldn't wanna interrupt your

girlfriend's private conversation.

252

00:10:33,201 --> 00:10:35,300

It seemed pretty important.

253

00:10:35,335 --> 00:10:37,399

She's not my girlfriend.

254

00:10:37,434 --> 00:10:38,669

I was being polite.

255

00:10:38,704 --> 00:10:39,885

No, she's not that, either.

256

00:10:39,920 --> 00:10:43,213

She's just a... Friend of a friend.

257

00:10:43,248 --> 00:10:45,943

What kind of a friend is that?

258

00:10:45,978 --> 00:10:47,804

The kind that leaves

me his little black book

259

00:10:47,839 --> 00:10:49,754

For the summer.

260

00:10:51,556 --> 00:10:53,972

And I doubt your friend

would bring his friend

261

00:10:54,007 --> 00:10:55,495

To a place like norma's.

262

00:10:55,530 --> 00:10:56,917

Well, it's the least I can do,

263

00:10:56,952 --> 00:10:58,305

To take her to a nice restaurant.

264

00:10:58,340 --> 00:10:59,970

I mean, that perkins hostess

265

00:11:00,005 --> 00:11:01,481

Slept with tiger woods for over a year,

266

00:11:01,516 --> 00:11:04,650

And all he got her was a chicken wrap.

267

00:11:04,685 --> 00:11:07,941

Oh. That's respectable. Thank you.

268

00:11:07,976 --> 00:11:11,197

So why isn't it your companion?

269

00:11:11,232 --> 00:11:14,019

Well, I tried respectable.

270

00:11:14,451 --> 00:11:16,397

You were hurt.

271

00:11:16,432 --> 00:11:18,103

No.

272

00:11:20,360 --> 00:11:22,746

Well, I guess there's a...

273

00:11:22,781 --> 00:11:25,133

First time for everything.

274

00:11:31,909 --> 00:11:33,768

Easy come, easy go.

275

00:11:34,758 --> 00:11:39,500

I can't tell if your approach

is enlightened or chauvinistic.

276

00:11:39,535 --> 00:11:41,608

Take her seat and find out.

277

00:11:41,643 --> 00:11:43,699

That's a good line.

278

00:11:43,734 --> 00:11:44,727

You almost pulled it off.

279

00:11:44,762 --> 00:11:47,997

But... I have an appointment

I can't be late for.

280

00:11:48,032 --> 00:11:50,129

Well, nate archibald.

281

00:11:53,417 --> 00:11:54,687

Could I at least get your number?

282

00:11:54,722 --> 00:11:57,015

What, it's not in your

friend's little black book?

283

00:12:47,800 --> 00:12:50,257

An american who loves manet?

284

00:12:50,723 --> 00:12:52,221

It's too good to be true.

285

00:12:52,256 --> 00:12:54,012

How did you know I was american?

286

00:12:54,047 --> 00:12:55,255

And don't tell me

287

00:12:55,290 --> 00:12:57,551

It's because my accent

isn't as good as I think.

288

00:12:57,586 --> 00:12:59,567

Your accent is divine.

289

00:12:59,602 --> 00:13:03,367

But your watch is set

to eastern standard time.

290

00:13:04,449 --> 00:13:05,886

New york?

291

00:13:05,921 --> 00:13:07,078

Born and bred.

292

00:13:07,113 --> 00:13:08,201

I've never been,

293

00:13:08,236 --> 00:13:09,927

But I'd love to hear all about it.

294

00:13:09,962 --> 00:13:11,556

Over dinner tonight?

295

00:13:11,591 --> 00:13:13,150

It would be my pleasure.

296

00:13:13,185 --> 00:13:14,243

Great.

297

00:13:14,278 --> 00:13:17,532

Give me your information, and

I- I'll pick you up at 9:00.

298

00:13:19,435 --> 00:13:20,908

louis?

299

00:13:28,369 --> 00:13:30,862

I'll see you tonight. Wait, wait. A car?

300

00:13:30,897 --> 00:13:33,355

Embassy? Grimaldi?

Don't tell me you're-

301

00:13:33,390 --> 00:13:35,650

I'm louis. Just louis.

302

00:13:43,297 --> 00:13:44,281

Hey, where are you?

303

00:13:44,316 --> 00:13:46,105

I wanted to talk to you this

morning, but you'd already left.

304

00:13:46,140 --> 00:13:48,146

I think I just met a real live prince.

305

00:13:48,181 --> 00:13:51,481

A grimaldi-as in the

royal family of monaco.

306

00:13:51,516 --> 00:13:53,785

As in grace "American princess" Kelly.

307

00:13:53,820 --> 00:13:56,802

Stop whatever you're

doing. We need to shop.

308

00:13:58,246 --> 00:13:59,778

Only for you, b.

309

00:14:05,959 --> 00:14:07,393

Spotted-b.

And s.,

310

00:14:07,428 --> 00:14:08,793

Chic and cheerful

311

00:14:08,828 --> 00:14:11,235

Up on boulevard haussmann.

312

00:14:11,270 --> 00:14:13,273

They dallied at department stores

313

00:14:13,308 --> 00:14:15,277

And stayed a while at tally weijl.

314

00:14:17,112 --> 00:14:19,151

Down on rue saint-honor?

315

00:14:19,186 --> 00:14:22,292

They courted couture at palais royal

316

00:14:22,327 --> 00:14:24,598

And found the perfect outfits

317

00:14:24,633 --> 00:14:26,870

To ba&sh the competition.

318

00:14:27,261 --> 00:14:29,808

Then they headed to the golden triangle,

319

00:14:29,843 --> 00:14:32,392

Where montaigne meets george cinq,

320

00:14:32,427 --> 00:14:35,505

And luxury goods are

the opiate of choice.

321

00:14:35,540 --> 00:14:38,584

But the grimaldis aren't

a very large family.

322

00:14:38,619 --> 00:14:40,240

He's probably a first cousin at least,

323

00:14:40,275 --> 00:14:41,443

But just to be sure...

324

00:14:41,478 --> 00:14:42,576

B., what are you doing?

325

00:14:42,611 --> 00:14:44,645

Cinderella did not

google prince charming.

326

00:14:44,680 --> 00:14:46,680

A mystery man shows up at your painting,

327

00:14:46,715 --> 00:14:47,557

Just like you wanted.

328

00:14:47,592 --> 00:14:49,235

You cannot make this

about some social agenda.

329

00:14:49,270 --> 00:14:50,317

You're right, and so what

330

00:14:50,352 --> 00:14:54,229

If my fairy godmother is my

credit card? This is fate.

331

00:14:54,264 --> 00:14:56,355

Wait, before I lose you

to another shoe coma,

332

00:14:56,390 --> 00:14:58,446

There's something I

wanna talk to you about.

333

00:14:58,481 --> 00:15:00,505

That package I got yesterday...

334

00:15:00,540 --> 00:15:02,494

S., I want to hear all about

335

00:15:02,529 --> 00:15:04,850

How brown offers a major

in raw foods, but...

336

00:15:04,885 --> 00:15:08,051

It's louis! We're going to baccarat!

337

00:15:08,086 --> 00:15:10,063

I have just the thing to wear.

338

00:15:10,098 --> 00:15:12,340

And you have to pick up

a little something, too.

339

00:15:12,375 --> 00:15:14,428

His friend jean michel showed

up unexpectedly in town,

340

00:15:14,463 --> 00:15:15,917

And our date is now a double.

341

00:15:15,952 --> 00:15:17,410

I don't think that's a good idea.

342

00:15:17,445 --> 00:15:18,834

This is your princess moment.

343

00:15:18,869 --> 00:15:22,534

Please? If you don't

come, he's gonna cancel.

344

00:15:22,569 --> 00:15:25,602

And those brown boots

would look amazing on you.

345

00:15:25,637 --> 00:15:28,635

Brown! What did you want

to tell me about college?

346

00:15:29,151 --> 00:15:31,858

It can wait. Let's go buy boots.

347

00:15:41,730 --> 00:15:44,110

Look, I-I'm-I'm

working on it.

348

00:15:44,145 --> 00:15:46,490

I just need a little more time.

349

00:15:46,525 --> 00:15:49,377

you have one day.

350

00:15:53,042 --> 00:15:54,880

not again, milo.

351

00:15:54,915 --> 00:15:57,677

Can't you ever sleep for

more than five minutes?

352

00:16:07,951 --> 00:16:10,108

sorry, I think I have the wrong number.

353

00:16:10,143 --> 00:16:12,404

Oh. Mr. Humphrey.

354

00:16:12,439 --> 00:16:15,097

Um, this is georgina sparks.

355

00:16:15,132 --> 00:16:17,755

It's so great to hear from you.

356

00:16:17,790 --> 00:16:18,968

It is?

357

00:16:19,003 --> 00:16:21,362

Georgina, I-I don't understand.

358

00:16:21,397 --> 00:16:23,722

W- why are you answering my phone?

359

00:16:23,757 --> 00:16:24,800

Where's dan?

360

00:16:31,138 --> 00:16:33,651

listen, I'm sorry that we

couldn't talk more yesterday.

361

00:16:33,686 --> 00:16:35,466

Milo's been real colicky.

362

00:16:35,501 --> 00:16:37,571

The fact that you even

know that word is-

363

00:16:37,606 --> 00:16:39,072

Oh, oh, oh, oh, you'd

be shocked at what I know

364

00:16:39,107 --> 00:16:42,263

About breast-feeding and

baby poop and episiotomies.

365

00:16:42,298 --> 00:16:44,684

Wow, do not mention her geor-gina.

366

00:16:44,719 --> 00:16:46,806

It's a lot to take in.

367

00:16:46,841 --> 00:16:48,377

Believe me.

368

00:16:48,412 --> 00:16:51,175

But please-please don't tell

my dad or-or lily, all right?

369

00:16:51,210 --> 00:16:53,051

I gotta be the one to tell them myself.

370

00:16:53,086 --> 00:16:54,310

Why haven't you?

371

00:16:54,345 --> 00:16:56,850

I don't know. Maybe 'cause

I'm totally freaking out?

372

00:16:56,885 --> 00:16:59,356

Do you know how difficult

it is to keep a baby alive?

373

00:16:59,391 --> 00:17:01,246

You can't drop it. You

can't leave it alone.

374

00:17:01,281 --> 00:17:04,714

It has to eat, like, every three hours.

375

00:17:04,749 --> 00:17:06,625

If I don't know what hit me here,

376

00:17:06,660 --> 00:17:09,410

How am I supposed to tell my dad?

377

00:17:09,445 --> 00:17:11,800

I have to ask,

as will rufus-

378

00:17:11,835 --> 00:17:14,155

Are you sure milo's yours?

379

00:17:14,190 --> 00:17:16,357

Of course he is.

380

00:17:18,173 --> 00:17:20,840

I mean, I'm pre-

yeah, I'm pretty sure.

381

00:17:20,875 --> 00:17:22,549

You didn't have a paternity test?

382

00:17:22,584 --> 00:17:24,697

Vanessa, you weren't

there when she came to me.

383

00:17:24,732 --> 00:17:26,810

Her parents threw her out.

She was-she was scared.

384

00:17:26,845 --> 00:17:29,938

It was actually my

idea for her to move in.

385

00:17:29,973 --> 00:17:33,031

I've been waiting for

the crazy shoe to drop...

386

00:17:33,066 --> 00:17:33,596

But it never did.

387

00:17:33,631 --> 00:17:35,747

I mean, she's- she's

been great with milo.

388

00:17:35,782 --> 00:17:37,864

Dan, we're talking

about georgina sparks.

389

00:17:37,899 --> 00:17:39,292

Her hair lies.

390

00:17:39,327 --> 00:17:42,432

You can't trust one thing

that comes out of her mouth,

391

00:17:42,467 --> 00:17:44,698

Let alone anywhere else.

392

00:17:44,733 --> 00:17:46,500

I know. I asked her

for a paternity test,

393

00:17:46,535 --> 00:17:48,267

But you can't get one

in the last trimester.

394

00:17:48,302 --> 00:17:50,117

I didn't sign the birth certificate.

395

00:17:50,152 --> 00:17:52,812

I told her I wouldn't

until we got the test.

396

00:17:52,847 --> 00:17:55,256

What are you waiting for?

397

00:17:58,218 --> 00:18:01,386

You have outdone yourself once

again. Truly fit for a king.

398

00:18:01,421 --> 00:18:03,336

Well, not a king yet, but maybe someday.

399

00:18:03,371 --> 00:18:04,862

You clean up pretty good, too.

400

00:18:04,897 --> 00:18:06,200

Merci.

401

00:18:06,235 --> 00:18:08,684

Oh. He's driving himself.

402

00:18:08,719 --> 00:18:11,134

That's... Progressive.

403

00:18:11,169 --> 00:18:12,901

Independent.

404

00:18:12,936 --> 00:18:14,599

Louis, bonsoir.

405

00:18:14,634 --> 00:18:17,167

Blair, you look amazing.

406

00:18:19,233 --> 00:18:20,618

And this must be serena.

407

00:18:20,653 --> 00:18:22,003

Uh, nice to meet you.

408

00:18:22,736 --> 00:18:26,903

Nice to meet you. Serena,

um, may I introduce

409

00:18:26,938 --> 00:18:28,887

Jean michel grimaldi

410

00:18:28,922 --> 00:18:30,944

Of monaco?

411

00:18:33,660 --> 00:18:35,803

Blair, enchant?

412

00:18:39,165 --> 00:18:42,604

I don't understand. I

thought you were a grimaldi.

413

00:18:42,639 --> 00:18:45,392

The chauffeur was taking

you to the embassy.

414

00:18:45,427 --> 00:18:46,415

Oh, you misunderstood.

415

00:18:46,450 --> 00:18:48,606

I am a driver for jean michel's family.

416

00:18:48,641 --> 00:18:50,976

I took them to the embassy,

where they're staying.

417

00:18:51,011 --> 00:18:54,403

Oh. I-I see.

418

00:18:54,866 --> 00:18:57,235

So that means your date is a prince,

419

00:18:57,270 --> 00:18:59,644

And mine...

420

00:18:59,679 --> 00:19:01,951

Is charming, handsome, and loves manet.

421

00:19:01,986 --> 00:19:03,885

We make our own fairy tales.

422

00:19:03,920 --> 00:19:05,425

Let's go.

423

00:19:11,754 --> 00:19:13,539

I've never sat up here before.

424

00:19:13,992 --> 00:19:15,319

Oh, wait.

425

00:19:20,897 --> 00:19:24,530

Spotted-b.

Riding shotgun.

426

00:19:24,565 --> 00:19:26,382

Great view.

427

00:19:26,417 --> 00:19:28,223

Let's see if our royal wannabe

428

00:19:28,258 --> 00:19:31,285

Has the grace to make

it through the night.

429

00:19:43,371 --> 00:19:45,355

Eleanor, you're early.

430

00:19:45,390 --> 00:19:49,955

Well, just to set up, dear,

and to accessorize you...

431

00:19:49,990 --> 00:19:50,851

Properly.

432

00:19:50,886 --> 00:19:53,041

You know "Bass" Is not her middle name.

433

00:19:53,076 --> 00:19:57,633

Well... I was afraid nobody

would know who she was.

434

00:19:57,668 --> 00:20:00,121

Not a lot of humphreys

in the society pages.

435

00:20:00,156 --> 00:20:00,992

Well...

436

00:20:01,027 --> 00:20:02,821

You don't have to stick

around if you don't want.

437

00:20:02,856 --> 00:20:03,509

Oh, you think I'd skip out

438

00:20:03,544 --> 00:20:05,055

On a roomful of champagne and models?

439

00:20:05,090 --> 00:20:08,506

Are you forgetting I used to be

a rock star? Oh, what is this?

440

00:20:08,541 --> 00:20:11,035

Why do you have chuck's

travel itinerary,

441

00:20:11,070 --> 00:20:13,420

Bank statements, and credit card bills?

442

00:20:13,455 --> 00:20:15,770

Because I think he might be in trouble.

443

00:20:15,805 --> 00:20:17,111

After what he did? Good.

444

00:20:17,146 --> 00:20:19,499

Well, apparently, he

went to prague in may,

445

00:20:19,534 --> 00:20:21,853

Checked into his usual

suite at the mandarin,

446

00:20:21,888 --> 00:20:23,447

And never checked out.

447

00:20:23,482 --> 00:20:26,175

His credit card charges

are very un-charles-like-

448

00:20:26,210 --> 00:20:28,868

Second-class train tickets,

prepaid cell phones.

449

00:20:28,903 --> 00:20:30,870

What if something happened to him?

450

00:20:30,905 --> 00:20:33,131

Look, for better or worse,

he's a part of this family.

451

00:20:33,166 --> 00:20:35,691

Yours, not ours. And after

the choices he's made,

452

00:20:35,726 --> 00:20:37,471

Chuck deserves whatever's coming to him.

453

00:20:37,506 --> 00:20:40,106

Did I hear you say chuck?

454

00:20:40,141 --> 00:20:42,867

Blair will not even mention his name.

455

00:20:42,902 --> 00:20:45,384

She never even told

me why they broke up.

456

00:20:45,419 --> 00:20:47,416

Uh, you wanna tell her or should I?

457

00:20:47,451 --> 00:20:49,735

Aren't you so excited that our girls

458

00:20:49,770 --> 00:20:52,020

Will be at columbia together this year?

459

00:20:52,055 --> 00:20:53,123

What?! Yeah.

460

00:20:53,158 --> 00:20:55,317

I didn't even know

that serena had applied.

461

00:20:55,352 --> 00:20:56,562

Here you go, danielle.

462

00:20:56,597 --> 00:20:59,462

And if the c. F.D.A. Needs

more volunteers, let me know.

463

00:20:59,497 --> 00:21:00,888

I'm around. Of course.

464

00:21:00,923 --> 00:21:03,570

Juliet, have you met willy

wong from nyc & company?

465

00:21:03,605 --> 00:21:04,893

Oh. Nice to meet you, juliet.

466

00:21:04,928 --> 00:21:06,885

Nice to meet you. Oh. Here you go.

467

00:21:06,920 --> 00:21:07,415

Thank you.

468

00:21:07,450 --> 00:21:08,909

And drinks are to your left.

469

00:21:08,944 --> 00:21:10,461

Thank you.

470

00:21:17,180 --> 00:21:19,980

and the guards at the

casino were charging on us.

471

00:21:20,015 --> 00:21:22,392

$1,000 chips were flying everywhere.

472

00:21:22,427 --> 00:21:23,423

everywhere.

473

00:21:23,458 --> 00:21:25,363

Then a guard grabbed me by my belt

474

00:21:25,398 --> 00:21:27,234

And dragged me out to the street.

475

00:21:27,269 --> 00:21:28,906

All because he was wearing blue jeans.

476

00:21:29,750 --> 00:21:31,608

it was crazy.

477

00:21:31,643 --> 00:21:33,466

Oh! Oh, my gosh.

478

00:21:33,501 --> 00:21:35,422

Sure,

479

00:21:35,457 --> 00:21:37,767

But enforcing strict

standards of dress is essential

480

00:21:37,802 --> 00:21:40,988

For maintaining the decorum of an event.

481

00:21:42,841 --> 00:21:44,779

Besides, it's tradition.

482

00:21:44,814 --> 00:21:48,400

Men's formalwear hasn't changed

hardly in over a hundred years.

483

00:21:48,435 --> 00:21:50,062

And it's not just a symbol of class.

484

00:21:50,097 --> 00:21:53,376

Owning a tuxedo shows the world

that a man has enough means

485

00:21:53,411 --> 00:21:55,851

To marry and provide a

future for his family.

486

00:21:55,886 --> 00:21:57,565

Blair, are you okay?

487

00:21:59,467 --> 00:22:01,343

It's my mother calling from new york.

488

00:22:01,378 --> 00:22:03,253

I should take this. I'm fine.

489

00:22:10,726 --> 00:22:12,898

So who wants a bite of her dessert?

490

00:22:13,292 --> 00:22:16,122

What is it, mother? I can't

talk long. I'm on a date.

491

00:22:16,157 --> 00:22:18,406

Blair, you sound

irritated. Are you okay?

492

00:22:18,441 --> 00:22:20,620

Why does everyone keep asking me that?

493

00:22:20,655 --> 00:22:23,429

So what if serena always gets

the prince and I get the pauper?

494

00:22:23,464 --> 00:22:26,203

Being jealous of her is totally

constance, and I've moved on.

495

00:22:26,238 --> 00:22:28,695

Well, that's wonderfully mature, dear.

496

00:22:28,730 --> 00:22:31,073

And the best part is

that nothing has to change

497

00:22:31,108 --> 00:22:33,384

Now that she's going to be at columbia.

498

00:22:33,419 --> 00:22:36,516

What? Serena's going to columbia?

499

00:22:39,264 --> 00:22:41,452

Let me know if there's anything

else I can do for you, karlie.

500

00:22:41,487 --> 00:22:43,433

Thanks. Is eleanor here?

501

00:22:43,468 --> 00:22:45,380

Uh... Oh, right there.

502

00:22:45,415 --> 00:22:47,087

Thanks.

503

00:22:48,171 --> 00:22:49,788

Nate?

504

00:22:49,823 --> 00:22:52,195

Hey... Juliet.

505

00:22:52,230 --> 00:22:54,050

What are you doing here?

506

00:22:54,085 --> 00:22:56,809

I'm a volunteer. I worked

the event last year.

507

00:22:56,844 --> 00:22:57,769

What are you doing here?

508

00:22:57,804 --> 00:23:01,277

Nathaniel, thank you

for getting here so fast.

509

00:23:02,744 --> 00:23:04,896

I was hoping you could

look at charles' papers

510

00:23:04,931 --> 00:23:07,049

And see if there was

anything that you might find

511

00:23:07,084 --> 00:23:08,477

That I haven't.

512

00:23:08,512 --> 00:23:10,650

But steer clear of rufus, okay?

513

00:23:10,685 --> 00:23:11,938

Okay.

514

00:23:29,603 --> 00:23:31,266

Blair, come meet lou doillon.

515

00:23:31,301 --> 00:23:31,931

Bonjour.

516

00:23:31,966 --> 00:23:35,780

Bonjour. Hey, maybe you

could ask lou doillon

517

00:23:35,815 --> 00:23:39,594

To be your new best

friend, because I'm done.

518

00:23:39,629 --> 00:23:41,495

Have fun on my date.

519

00:23:44,198 --> 00:23:45,475

Excuse me.

520

00:23:47,652 --> 00:23:48,723

Can I get your name?

521

00:23:48,758 --> 00:23:49,783

No.

522

00:23:52,614 --> 00:23:54,186

Oh, god. This is not good.

523

00:23:54,221 --> 00:23:56,909

Georgina. To what do

we owe the pleasure?

524

00:23:56,944 --> 00:23:59,118

You have 15 seconds to

top me off or you're fired.

525

00:23:59,153 --> 00:24:01,544

Ahem, georgina, maybe

you should come with me.

526

00:24:01,579 --> 00:24:03,935

That's sweet, archibald,

but I don't like vanilla.

527

00:24:03,970 --> 00:24:04,984

Does dan know you're here?

528

00:24:05,019 --> 00:24:06,991

Why would dan know?

529

00:24:08,480 --> 00:24:09,787

hello, dan.

530

00:24:09,822 --> 00:24:11,327

Hey, uh, I'm-I'm at home,

and you guys aren't here.

531

00:24:11,362 --> 00:24:12,669

What, you go on a walk without me?

532

00:24:12,704 --> 00:24:15,302

Yes, we did, all the

way across the bridge.

533

00:24:15,337 --> 00:24:17,181

georgina, don't do this.

534

00:24:17,216 --> 00:24:19,206

What? W-why?

535

00:24:19,241 --> 00:24:21,334

I just thought it was time everyone met.

536

00:24:21,369 --> 00:24:23,758

Would you like to talk to your dad?

537

00:24:23,793 --> 00:24:27,209

Rufus, dan's on the phone.

He'd like to speak with you.

538

00:24:33,691 --> 00:24:36,042

Dad, I am so sorry.

I- I wanted to tell you.

539

00:24:36,077 --> 00:24:37,497

I just-I-I

didn't know how.

540

00:24:37,532 --> 00:24:39,583

Tell me what?

541

00:24:41,358 --> 00:24:42,768

Whose baby is that?

542

00:24:42,803 --> 00:24:44,179

Here you go, grandpa.

543

00:24:44,214 --> 00:24:45,785

oh, god.

544

00:24:45,820 --> 00:24:48,862

This is milo humphrey, your grandson.

545

00:24:48,897 --> 00:24:49,927

Daniel?

546

00:24:49,962 --> 00:24:50,922

Dan?

547

00:24:50,957 --> 00:24:53,984

Spotted-georgina

sparks, a stroller,

548

00:24:54,019 --> 00:24:55,852

And dan's dad with a scowl.

549

00:24:55,887 --> 00:24:57,650

I think he's on his way.

550

00:24:57,685 --> 00:25:01,372

Looks like lonely boy has a baby boy.

551

00:25:07,123 --> 00:25:08,902

Meredith, I am so sorry about this.

552

00:25:08,937 --> 00:25:10,866

Please apologize to everyone at "Vogue. "

553

00:25:11,989 --> 00:25:14,620

Um, unfortunately,

something has come up.

554

00:25:14,655 --> 00:25:17,252

But eleanor has said

she's more than happy

555

00:25:17,287 --> 00:25:19,602

To continue the party at her place.

556

00:25:19,637 --> 00:25:21,594

And we've got a little

one there as well.

557

00:25:21,629 --> 00:25:23,516

Absolutely adorable

thing. You'll love her.

558

00:25:23,551 --> 00:25:26,157

What's going on? Why does

georgina sparks have a baby?

559

00:25:26,192 --> 00:25:28,969

We are still trying to figure

that out. I'll keep you posted.

560

00:25:29,004 --> 00:25:31,063

Okay. Bye.

561

00:25:31,098 --> 00:25:33,861

meredith. Hello, nathaniel.

562

00:25:34,453 --> 00:25:36,184

I wanna take you to...

563

00:25:36,996 --> 00:25:38,507

Who could've seen this coming?

564

00:25:38,542 --> 00:25:39,999

Have you met georgina?

565

00:25:40,034 --> 00:25:41,457

Good point. Where is she?

566

00:25:41,492 --> 00:25:42,677

She...

567

00:25:45,659 --> 00:25:46,227

Please tell me

568

00:25:46,262 --> 00:25:48,479

This is just another one

of her ridiculous schemes.

569

00:25:48,514 --> 00:25:49,321

Dad...

570

00:25:49,356 --> 00:25:52,021

Why don't you, um,

talk in serena's room?

571

00:26:04,748 --> 00:26:08,206

Sorry all the drama

ruined your luncheon today.

572

00:26:08,241 --> 00:26:09,075

That's okay.

573

00:26:09,110 --> 00:26:10,472

Well, in case you're wondering,

574

00:26:10,507 --> 00:26:13,559

My life's been pretty

drama-free these days.

575

00:26:17,763 --> 00:26:18,996

Uh, hello?

576

00:26:19,031 --> 00:26:20,824

pardon the interruption, mr. Archibald,

577

00:26:20,859 --> 00:26:22,618

But there's an emergency in your suite.

578

00:26:22,653 --> 00:26:24,961

What kind of an emergency?

579

00:26:30,047 --> 00:26:32,793

Hey, there you are. What's wrong?

580

00:26:32,828 --> 00:26:36,592

You can have the left bank,

okay? But I want the right.

581

00:26:36,627 --> 00:26:39,900

Every cleavage-baring blouson

and cute bartender is yours.

582

00:26:39,935 --> 00:26:43,173

But I want a dress from dior

and I want a date with a royal.

583

00:26:43,208 --> 00:26:44,457

And I wanna go to school

584

00:26:44,492 --> 00:26:46,171

And take classes and have friends

585

00:26:46,206 --> 00:26:49,437

Without living in your shadow

for the next three years.

586

00:26:50,440 --> 00:26:54,044

You heard about columbia.

587

00:26:55,589 --> 00:26:57,520

Do you wanna hold him?

588

00:26:59,099 --> 00:27:02,798

Look, I-I wasn't expecting

this introduction either.

589

00:27:02,833 --> 00:27:04,902

You didn't have to

spring it on us like this.

590

00:27:04,937 --> 00:27:07,345

I know I have a flair for the dramatic.

591

00:27:07,380 --> 00:27:10,173

But I didn't know what else to do.

592

00:27:10,208 --> 00:27:12,968

dan wasn't telling you,

and you had to know.

593

00:27:13,003 --> 00:27:14,830

At least now everybody's talking.

594

00:27:14,865 --> 00:27:16,622

Oh, please. You're enjoying this.

595

00:27:16,657 --> 00:27:20,142

I know you think I'm crazy,

that I'm a schemer and a liar

596

00:27:20,177 --> 00:27:23,601

And pathologically selfish,

and-and that's true.

597

00:27:24,423 --> 00:27:26,053

Or it was,

598

00:27:26,088 --> 00:27:28,208

Till milo was born.

599

00:27:30,623 --> 00:27:32,781

I understand if you hate me.

600

00:27:32,816 --> 00:27:34,904

Please don't hate my son.

601

00:27:34,939 --> 00:27:37,371

He deserves to have a good family,

602

00:27:37,406 --> 00:27:41,355

And no one has more

love than you or rufus.

603

00:27:47,078 --> 00:27:49,016

Hey. Oh.

604

00:27:49,815 --> 00:27:52,162

Lily, dan hasn't done a paternity test.

605

00:27:52,197 --> 00:27:56,186

- It might not be his kid.

- Is this true, georgina?

606

00:27:56,221 --> 00:28:01,197

 You're right, rufus.

Dan did not do the paternity test,

607

00:28:01,232 --> 00:28:03,030

But I did.

608

00:28:06,994 --> 00:28:09,132

I wanted you to love milo

because you wanted to,

609

00:28:09,167 --> 00:28:14,372

Not because you had to. But... If

it's come to this, then so be it.

610

00:28:14,407 --> 00:28:17,088

This-this says

I'm the father.

611

00:28:17,123 --> 00:28:20,157

Well, no offense if I

don't take your word for it.

612

00:28:24,887 --> 00:28:27,353

Blair, I'm sorry. I know

you wanna do your own thing.

613

00:28:27,388 --> 00:28:30,253

But columbia isn't yours. My

dad went to med school there.

614

00:28:30,288 --> 00:28:33,757

He encouraged me to apply.

And I wanna go to college,

615

00:28:33,792 --> 00:28:35,321

But I don't wanna leave the city.

616

00:28:35,356 --> 00:28:39,067

I wanna be with my family and my friends. I

- I wanna be with you.

617

00:28:39,102 --> 00:28:42,605

Oh, lucky me!

I love how it never has occurred to you

618

00:28:42,640 --> 00:28:45,016

That someone might not wanna

see you every single day.

619

00:28:45,051 --> 00:28:45,890

"Someone," Sure.

620

00:28:45,925 --> 00:28:49,619

Probably lots of people,

but not my best friend.

621

00:28:50,720 --> 00:28:53,723

I need a chance to succeed on my own.

622

00:28:53,758 --> 00:28:56,692

I wanna be myself, where I belong.

623

00:28:56,727 --> 00:29:00,649

Last year, first with n. Y.U. And then chuck

- It was the worst year of my life.

624

00:29:00,684 --> 00:29:02,844

Yeah, well, my last year

was pretty awful, too.

625

00:29:02,879 --> 00:29:06,151

I- I-I fell for a married man,

got in a major car accident.

626

00:29:06,186 --> 00:29:13,459

I fought with my mother so

much I was basically homeless.

And then there was my dad...

Fine. Stay in the city.

627

00:29:13,494 --> 00:29:16,157

Just go to a different school, okay?

628

00:29:16,192 --> 00:29:18,934

Blair, I wanna make

you happy. I really do.

629

00:29:18,969 --> 00:29:24,578

But college is too big of a deal.

I got in and I'm gonna go.

630

00:29:25,311 --> 00:29:28,901

Look, we can talk about all of

this tomorrow. But right now,

631

00:29:28,936 --> 00:29:31,754

There are two very handsome

frenchmen waiting to take us

632

00:29:31,789 --> 00:29:35,025

To the front of the line at le baron.

633

00:29:35,060 --> 00:29:38,923

- Louis really likes you.

- Yes, he does.

634

00:29:38,958 --> 00:29:45,137

And so does jean michel, for that

matter. I'll go back, by myself,

635

00:29:45,172 --> 00:29:48,535

And I'll come up with some story

as to why you didn't return-

636

00:29:48,570 --> 00:29:50,958

That you tripped and

fell in the fountain.

637

00:29:51,220 --> 00:29:55,754

Seriously? No one's gonna believe that.

Wanna bet?

638

00:30:03,365 --> 00:30:04,533

Well, thank you, doctor.

639

00:30:04,568 --> 00:30:07,652

I- I appreciate you confirming

these results yourself.

640

00:30:07,687 --> 00:30:11,863

Okay. Bye.

It doesn't mean anything.

641

00:30:13,582 --> 00:30:14,625

We're doing our own test.

642

00:30:14,660 --> 00:30:17,472

Dad, the dates line up. I-I

thought we were being careful,

643

00:30:17,507 --> 00:30:19,236

But it's not like I

didn't sleep with her.

644

00:30:19,271 --> 00:30:21,493

Why didn't you come to me

when she first showed up?

645

00:30:21,528 --> 00:30:22,881

Do you remember how you

reacted two years ago

646

00:30:22,916 --> 00:30:24,887

When serena and I had that scare?

647

00:30:24,922 --> 00:30:27,559

Not to mention I didn't know That

I could handle the truth myself.

648

00:30:27,594 --> 00:30:31,130

Everything you said

then is-is still true.

649

00:30:31,165 --> 00:30:34,014

I had to see this through.

I- I couldn't let georgina go off,

650

00:30:34,049 --> 00:30:38,453

Raise this child without

me, nev-never knowing him.

651

00:30:39,037 --> 00:30:43,759

I may get angry or protective,

But I'll always be there for you.

652

00:30:43,794 --> 00:30:45,776

That's how it works

when you're a father.

653

00:30:45,811 --> 00:30:50,522

You may not understand that now,

but trust me, one day you will.

654

00:30:52,050 --> 00:30:54,662

I- I think I already do.

655

00:31:00,260 --> 00:31:04,691

Georgina, do you have the birth

certificate with you? It's in my bag.

656

00:31:17,731 --> 00:31:22,770

Thank you.

Thanks, dad.

657

00:31:45,870 --> 00:31:47,325

What are you doing?

658

00:31:47,360 --> 00:31:49,238

You wanna play "Rock band 3" With us?

659

00:31:49,273 --> 00:31:51,700

There's a keyboard. We

can make it a 5-piece.

660

00:31:51,735 --> 00:31:54,128

Oh, I hope it's okay.

We used your credit card.

661

00:31:59,087 --> 00:32:02,352

Your friend who left you

his book-what was his name?

662

00:32:02,387 --> 00:32:03,625

Chuck bass.

663

00:32:03,660 --> 00:32:07,102

And what would chuck bass

do in a situation like this?

664

00:32:07,323 --> 00:32:13,825

He wouldn't be in this situation.

And you shouldn't be either.

665

00:32:13,860 --> 00:32:15,912

When you're ready to talk about

666

00:32:15,947 --> 00:32:23,382

What really got you into

this place... Give me a call.

667

00:32:33,671 --> 00:32:37,233

You're a natural.

- thanks.

668

00:32:37,268 --> 00:32:41,295

Mm, have, uh, have you

talked to serena lately?

669

00:32:41,330 --> 00:32:43,028

Well, the better question is, have you?

670

00:32:43,063 --> 00:32:46,187

I know something happened

between you two before she left.

671

00:32:46,222 --> 00:32:49,012

But I'm guessing you haven't had

much time to figure things out.

672

00:32:49,047 --> 00:32:50,948

There's nothing to figure at this point.

673

00:32:50,983 --> 00:32:52,850

I- I can't imagine she'd be interested

674

00:32:52,885 --> 00:32:54,504

In being a stepmother.

675

00:32:54,539 --> 00:32:57,297

Yeah, I've-I've

sealed my fate, I think.

676

00:32:57,332 --> 00:32:59,415

But, uh, but-but when you

do speak to her, if you could

677

00:32:59,450 --> 00:33:01,499

Do me a favor and just not

say anything about this?

678

00:33:01,534 --> 00:33:03,012

I wanna be the one to break this news.

679

00:33:03,047 --> 00:33:08,199

- Yeah, of course.

- is she having a good time?

680

00:33:08,234 --> 00:33:09,118

Well, it's paris.

681

00:33:09,153 --> 00:33:15,784

There's great shopping, great food, I

think she's having the time of her life.

682

00:33:18,038 --> 00:33:21,018

I know, jean michel. We all love serena,

683

00:33:21,053 --> 00:33:25,126

But she's just clumsy like that.

It must be all those long limbs.

684

00:33:26,343 --> 00:33:28,257

Serena.

what happened?

685

00:33:28,292 --> 00:33:30,796

Blair happened. I'll

see you in new york.

686

00:33:30,831 --> 00:33:33,300

Jean michel, would you

care to walk me home?

687

00:33:33,783 --> 00:33:35,114

Wait, no, jean michel! Don't!

688

00:33:35,149 --> 00:33:38,825

That's okay. I'm glad to

have you all to myself.

689

00:33:38,860 --> 00:33:41,872

Actually... I'm tired.

690

00:33:41,907 --> 00:33:44,479

If jean michel is gone,

shouldn't we go, too?

691

00:33:44,514 --> 00:33:47,888

He told me I was being overcautious,

692

00:33:47,923 --> 00:33:51,168

- But I see that I was not.

- About what?

693

00:33:51,203 --> 00:33:54,511

I am the royal. Jean

michel is my driver.

694

00:33:54,546 --> 00:33:56,646

When you asked me so many

questions about my name,

695

00:33:56,681 --> 00:33:58,969

My car, the embassy,

696

00:33:59,004 --> 00:34:02,136

I grew concerned that you

might not like me for me.

697

00:34:02,171 --> 00:34:06,228

What? No. Who-who would

ever- It happens sometimes.

698

00:34:06,263 --> 00:34:09,829

But when I found you gazing

at my favorite painting,

699

00:34:09,864 --> 00:34:13,396

I thought that someone who

loved what I loved could-

700

00:34:13,431 --> 00:34:14,848

Could one day love me, too.

701

00:34:14,883 --> 00:34:17,282

We hear baccarat just updated its menu.

702

00:34:17,317 --> 00:34:19,964

I thought it was fate, but I guess not.

703

00:34:19,999 --> 00:34:23,782

No, no, no. It is fate. It's just...

Have a good evening, blair.

704

00:34:23,817 --> 00:34:29,400

The gateau du jour is now humble pie.

Bon appetit, blair.

705

00:34:45,158 --> 00:34:48,607

- hello?

- Georgina? Hey, it's vanessa.

706

00:34:48,642 --> 00:34:52,182

- Dan and the baby are sleeping right now.

- Yeah, I just tried his cell.

707

00:34:52,217 --> 00:34:54,996

Do you have a message? I don't

really have time to chat right now.

708

00:34:55,031 --> 00:34:57,851

I just wanted to tell him that

I am here if he needs to talk.

709

00:34:57,886 --> 00:34:59,645

I'm his friend and always will be.

710

00:34:59,680 --> 00:35:03,160

Oh, that's sweet. He's

gonna need a friend.

711

00:35:03,195 --> 00:35:06,653

- I'll let him know.

- And just in case you don't,

712

00:35:06,688 --> 00:35:10,774

- I said the same thing on his voicemail.

- You know me too well, friend.

713

00:35:10,809 --> 00:35:11,892

Good-bye, vanessa.

714

00:35:50,849 --> 00:35:54,441

Is it any consolation That I

totally imploded and ruined my date?

715

00:35:54,476 --> 00:35:59,082

It's not. I called the airport.

The car is already on the way.

716

00:35:59,117 --> 00:36:02,469

I can catch the red-eye.

Can you hand me that copy of "Be"?

717

00:36:02,504 --> 00:36:04,342

I wanna read it on the plane.

718

00:36:14,715 --> 00:36:19,954

Please don't go.

I don't care about dating a prince.

719

00:36:19,989 --> 00:36:23,735

I don't care about dating

anyone. I just care about you.

720

00:36:25,404 --> 00:36:27,881

I really need my friend right now.

721

00:36:29,327 --> 00:36:32,850

I've been acting like

I'm okay, but I'm not.

722

00:36:36,887 --> 00:36:38,739

They say it's a broken heart, but...

723

00:36:41,575 --> 00:36:43,392

I hurt in my whole body.

724

00:36:45,323 --> 00:36:48,346

I mean, what if I

stay like this forever?

725

00:36:48,880 --> 00:36:51,121

What if I never get over chuck?

726

00:36:51,880 --> 00:36:54,772

You will. You'll see.

727

00:36:56,152 --> 00:36:58,440

I just don't know what

I'd do without you.

728

00:36:58,475 --> 00:37:00,912

I'm scared if you come to columbia

729

00:37:00,947 --> 00:37:03,314

That I'll do something to destroy us.

730

00:37:03,349 --> 00:37:05,793

Well, you pushed me

in a fountain tonight,

731

00:37:05,828 --> 00:37:09,728

And here we are, talking about

it like mature young women.

732

00:37:09,763 --> 00:37:11,708

So I'd say that's a good sign.

733

00:37:11,743 --> 00:37:13,466

And what if columbia's a disaster,

734

00:37:13,501 --> 00:37:15,189

And we lose each other for good?

735

00:37:15,224 --> 00:37:16,531

And what if it's amazing,

736

00:37:16,566 --> 00:37:20,230

And we become closer

than we've ever been?

737

00:37:20,265 --> 00:37:24,624

Come on.

Live dangerously.

738

00:37:26,306 --> 00:37:29,166

you in?

Yeah, I'm in.

739

00:37:29,745 --> 00:37:31,332

Now all you have to

do is tell dan and nate

740

00:37:31,367 --> 00:37:33,802

That you'll be in the city next year.

741

00:37:33,837 --> 00:37:35,158

What are you doing?

742

00:37:35,193 --> 00:37:38,575

Spreading the word myself.

And you can't change your mind

743

00:37:38,610 --> 00:37:40,745

Because gossip girl hates being wrong.

744

00:37:45,625 --> 00:37:48,807

This just in from miss b. Herself:

745

00:37:48,842 --> 00:37:52,220

Serena van der woodsen

is heading to columbia.

746

00:37:52,255 --> 00:37:54,605

S. And b. Together again?

747

00:37:54,640 --> 00:37:57,311

We think we've died and gone to heaven.

748

00:37:57,346 --> 00:37:59,452

Or at least the upper west side...

749

00:38:18,057 --> 00:38:18,747

Nate.

750

00:38:18,782 --> 00:38:20,758

Hey, I know it's late.

751

00:38:20,793 --> 00:38:22,155

But you know what? You were right.

752

00:38:22,190 --> 00:38:24,966

I- I was hurt...

753

00:38:25,001 --> 00:38:28,046

By someone. A lot, actually.

754

00:38:28,505 --> 00:38:29,557

I'm sorry.

755

00:38:29,592 --> 00:38:31,561

I didn't think I was gonna have

to see her again for a while,

756

00:38:31,596 --> 00:38:33,932

And I just found out she's

coming back to new york city

757

00:38:33,967 --> 00:38:38,288

And... I'm just not ready.

758

00:38:38,323 --> 00:38:39,869

You know, I was trying

to send a message to her

759

00:38:39,904 --> 00:38:44,083

That I'm having the time of my

life, and it just isn't true.

760

00:38:44,118 --> 00:38:46,820

I can't keep it up. I'm exhausted.

761

00:38:46,855 --> 00:38:49,600

I owe the hotel thousands

of dollars in damages.

762

00:38:49,635 --> 00:38:51,973

Do you wanna meet up

to grab a cup of coffee?

763

00:38:52,008 --> 00:38:54,312

Sometimes it's easier

to talk to a stranger.

764

00:38:54,347 --> 00:38:56,621

That sounds-sounds

great. Yeah.

765

00:38:56,656 --> 00:38:58,123

French roast, 20 minutes?

766

00:38:58,158 --> 00:38:59,489

Absolutely.

770

00:39:30,798 --> 00:39:33,217

Hello?

771

00:39:33,558 --> 00:39:36,100

Yes, this is she.

772

00:39:36,135 --> 00:39:39,275

Oh, my god, is it serena? Is she okay?

773

00:39:43,129 --> 00:39:44,527

Okay, I will.

774

00:39:46,404 --> 00:39:48,945

What? What is it?

775

00:39:48,980 --> 00:39:51,908

A body washed up

in paris-shot.

776

00:39:51,943 --> 00:39:55,391

The identification

they found says it's...

777

00:39:55,426 --> 00:39:56,720

charles bass.

778

00:40:06,458 --> 00:40:10,815

- Stop! My little sister!

- Stop! Get off of me!

779

00:40:13,953 --> 00:40:15,834

Did you sleep with her?!

780

00:40:19,016 --> 00:40:21,684

- Jenny humphrey was just...

- Don't say her name!

781

00:40:29,532 --> 00:40:32,755

- where am I?

- you're safe.

782

00:40:37,195 --> 00:40:42,069

Who are you?

What's your name?

783

00:40:49,378 --> 00:40:53,801

H- henry.

Henry prince.

784

00:41:03,628 --> 00:41:07,696

You had the dream again. I hoped

it wouldn't follow us from prague.

785

00:41:07,731 --> 00:41:11,875

I guess I'll have to give it more time.

You have as long as you need.

786

00:41:11,910 --> 00:41:16,848

My uncle said the apartment is ours,

And he's got you a job, too.

787

00:41:22,282 --> 00:41:25,767

Thank you.

Welcome to paris, henry.

788

00:41:29,372 --> 00:41:30,777

Let's go home.

789

00:41:33,692 --> 00:41:38,208

Napoleon once said

That secrets travel fast in paris.

790

00:41:38,243 --> 00:41:42,883

But gossip girl travels faster.

Bisou bisou.
